摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a product with a large degree of freedom for shape at a low cost by sticking an extremely thin precious wood end plate on the surface of a synthetic resin substrate, thickly coating a transparent synthetic resin paint film layer on the surface of the precious wood end plate, and approximating the linear expansion coefficients of the substrate and the paint film layer together. CONSTITUTION:A decorative laminated sheet for a vehicle is arranged as part of an instrument panel of an automobile, for example, and it is constituted of a synthetic resin substrate 6 and a decorative cover section 9 formed on its surface 7. The cover section 8 is formed with an extremely thin precious wood end plate 20 stuck on the surface 7 of the substrate 6 via an adhesive 19 and a hard and transparent synthetic resin surface paint film layer 21 thickly coated on its surface. Linear expansion coefficients of the substrate 6 and the surface paint film layer 21 are approximated together. An adhesive and flexible reinforcing film 22 is stuck on the back face of the precious wood end plate 20. A high-quality product with a large degree of freedom for shape and a low production cost is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative laminated sheet wherein a sink formed on a base plate does ot appear on the surface of precious wooden veneer and adhesive strength thereof is made great by forming the surface of the base plate into a satin face at the time of molding the base plate and then performing sand blasting treatment on the surface to roughen this surface and thereafter bonding precious wooden veneer on the surface via an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:When a base plate 6 is molded by injection molding while utilizing and ABS/imide-base polymer alloy, the surface 7 of a base plate 6 is formed into a satin face. In this case, sinks partially appear on the surface 7 of the base plate 6 which are caused by forming the projection parts such as the annular reinforcing ribs 11, 12 on the rear 9 thereof. Sand blasting treatment is performed on the surface 7 to roughen this surface. Surface roughness is made greater than the satin face by this treatment and the sinks appeared on the surface 7 are completely extinguished. A thermosetting type resol-based adhesive 19 is applied to the surface 7 of the base body 6. This adhesive 19 is sufficiently infiltrated into the numberless fine recess parts 23 existing on the surface 7 and therefore great anchor effect is obtained. Precious wooden veneer 20 is overlapped on the adhesive 19 while holding a soft reinforcing film 22 thereunder. This veneer 20 is bonded on the surface 7 of the base plate 6 by a vacuum type pressure press.

摘要： PURPOSE:To remove the limit in relation to the fitting position or the shape of a stay, while the burden of the load at stuck part is reduced by sticking directly the base plate of the fitting stay made of synthetic resin to the rear surface of the wooden plate of a panel through the through hole of a metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:The console panel P stuck onto the front surface of a console box B has the base plate 3 made of a wooden plate 1 and the metallic plate 2 stuck on said rear surface, and then the fitting stay 7 for fitting the parts of a vehicle, e.g. the group of wiring cords is supported on the suitable position of rear side. Said stay 7 is made of synthetic resin, and is molded by injection molding. The stay is composed of flat base part 7a and the tip part 7b which projects inward from the rear surface of the metallic plate 2 integrally erected from its central part, and the holding hole (h) which holds by inserting the holding ring 6 for inserting the group 5 of the wiring cords is bored at the tip part 7b. The through hole 8 is bored on the metallic plate 2 correspondingly to the base part 7a of the fitting stay 7. The end surface of the base part 7a inserted into the through hole 8 is directly connected to the rear surface of the wooden plate 1, i.e., to the rear surface of the plywood 1a.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent cracking in the precious wood veneer by a method wherein plywood is interposed between base board and the precious wood veneer at the bonding of the precious wood veneer to the metal base board by forming the veneer along the surface of the base board. CONSTITUTION:A metal base board 2, in which a curved surface 52, a bent edge 62 and a plurality of openings 13 are formed, is placed on the bottom force of a hot press. Next, on the base board 2, several sheets of veneer 8a for forming plywood 8, a precious wood veneer 9 equipped with reinforcing film 12 and several sheets of Japanese paper are laminated in the order named. At this time, thermosetting synthetic resin-based adhesive film is interposed between the veneer 8a and the base board 2, between the veneers 8a and between the veneer 8a and the precious wood veneer 9. The resultant laminates are bonded to the base board 2 with a hot press by being formed along the curved surface 52 and the bent edge 62. Since being flexible, the plywood 8 gets to well fit the base board 2. Further, since the precious wood veneer 9 gets to well fit the plywood 8 and, at the same time, is given the reinforcing function of the reinforcing film 12, the development of crack in the precious wood veneer 9 is eliminated.

Further, while a decorative member or a primer is caused to intervene between the synthetic resin covering layer and the synthetic resin base, their linear expansion factors are approximated, whereby the warpage of the laminated molded object due to surrounding temperature-change or the crack and peeling of the synthetic resin covering layer are avoided.

CONSTITUTION:While the curved surface 52 and the folded edge 62 are formed by applying folding work and punching work to a metallic base plate 2, a plurality of a apertures 13 are formed on said curved surface 52. Then, while the veneer 9 of precious wood and a plywood 8 between which the adhesive film of thermosetting synthetic resin is caused to intervene are formed along the outer surface of the curved surface 52 and the folded edge 62 the base plate 2 under heating and pressurizing, they are stuck to the base plate 2. Next, trimming work is applied to the veneer 9 of precious wood and the plywood 8 along the upper and lower edges of the base plate 2, and after forced out adhesive has been removed, an opaque film-layer 11, is formed on the end surface of its whole periphery with layer-shape, and then a transparent coating layer 10 is formed on the surface of the veneer 9 of precious wood. Next, masking is achieved by sticking a tape 15 to the transparent coating layer 10, and NC-cutting work is carried out from the side of the tape 15. Each window 4 is formed, and burrs are removed, thereby obtaining a product 12.
