摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the auto stop mechanism of an oil filling gun from being erroneously operated by suppressing the acting of a large negative pressure on a sensing port by fuel vapor sucked into a fuel vapor suction port. SOLUTION: A fuel vapor suction passage 61 passing a fuel vapor guide groove 47b in a sliding member 47, a fuel vapor through hole 53h in an outer peripheral flange 53e, and a fuel vapor through hole 55a in a diaphragm 55 is formed on the outside of a tubular nozzle insert member 53 for inserting therein the nozzle 14 of the oil filling gun having the fuel vapor suction port 36 and the sensing port 33. By sucking fuel vapor into the fuel vapor suction port 36 through the fuel vapor suction passage 61, the fuel vapor is prevented from flowing near the sensing port 33 to prevent the negative pressure from acting on the sensing port 33. As a result, the auto stop mechanism of the oil filling gun can be surely prevented from being erroneously operated before the sensing port 33 is dipped under a fuel level by filling-up of the fuel tank.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler cap sealing structure for blocking a filler port of a filler tube for a fuel tank with a filler cap, compatibly preventing the permeation of a fuel vapor at a high temperature and the leak of the fuel at a low temperature. SOLUTION: A first seal member S1 out of first and second seal members S1, S2 provided in the filler cap 13 has higher permeation preventing performance for the fuel vapor at a high temperature than the second seal member S2. Therefore, even at the high temperature where the fuel vapor is easily permeable, the permeation of the fuel vapor is prevented by the first seal member S1. The second seal member S2 has higher leak preventing performance for the fuel at a low temperature than the first seal member S1. Therefore, even at the low temperature where the seal member is easily lower in elasticity, the leak of the fuel is prevented by the second seal member S2. As a result, the permeation of the fuel vapor at the high temperature and the leak of the fuel at the low temperature can be compatibly prevented.

SOLUTION: In this fuel tank T, a fueling port 16 provided at the upper end of a filler pipe 12 communicating with a tank body 11 has a seal member 18 sealing the periphery of a nozzle N of the fueling gun G. A first relief passage 26 and a second relief passage 28 communicating with the filler pipe 12 are respectively provided with a first relief valve 27 and a second relief valve 29 opening when a pressure inside the filler pipe 12 becomes above a prescribed value. When the excessive fueling occurs, the first relief valve 27 opens to discharge the fuel inside the filler pipe 12 to the outside, while the second relief valve 29 opens and allows an outflow of a part of the fuel inside the filler pipe 12 into the fueling port 16 above the seal member 18 to inform a fueling person of occurrence of abnormality and to prompt a stop of the fueling.

SOLUTION: When a tank is filled with the fuel, and a suction port 11 is below the level L of the fuel poured into the tank, suction of air is interrupted, the negative pressure in a diaphragm chamber 12 is increased, and an auto-stop mechanism 15 is operated to automatically stop the supply of the fuel. The fuel is sucked into a suction passage 10 to the height corresponding to the negative pressure. A non-return valve 16 to permit only the suction from the suction port 11 is provided on the suction passage 10 in the vicinity of the suction port 11. The flow of the fuel in the suction passage 10 to the suction port 11 is prevented by the non-return valve 16, and the fuel does not drip from the suction passage 10, after a nozzle 2 is pulled out of a fuel supply port.
