    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking of a float valve to disconnect intercommunication of a vaporizing fuel conduit and a fuel tank through closing due to the rise of the liquid level of a fuel tank. SOLUTION: An on-off valve 30 opening during the feed of oil is located in the middle part of a first vaporizing fuel conduit 24 to guide a vaporizing fuel in a fuel tank 21 to a canister C, and and a float valve 28 closing due to the rise of the liquid level of fuel tank 21 is arranged at the lower end part of the first vaporizing fuel conduit 24. A two-way valve 40 and a second float valve 29 are arranged at the intermediate part and the lower end of a second vaporizing fuel conduit 25 to intercommunicate the fuel tank 21 and the canister C during the non-feed of oil. By intercommunicating the first and second vaporizing fuel conduits 24 and 25 through a communicating passage 27, an internal pressure in the part 24a of the first vaporizing fuel conduit 24 nipped between the on-off valve 30 and the second float valve 29 is caused to coincide with an internal pressure of the fuel tank 21, and sticking of the first float valve 28 is prevented from occurring.

    • PURPOSE: To simplify the arrangement of a passage so as to reduce a cost by providing an evaporation fuel passage for the communication of a fuel tank and a back pressure chamber or a pressure leading-in passage with each other, and providing a flow rate control means for restricting an evaporation fuel rate on the way thereof. CONSTITUTION: One end of an evaporation fuel passage 3 is connected to the upper part of a tank main body 1, the other end is connected to a canister C for adsorbing evaporation fuel from a fuel tank T, and an opening/closing valve V for opening at the time of oiling is provided on the way of the evaporation fuel passage 3. An evaporation fuel passage 22 is provided between the evaporation fuel passage 3 and the back pressure chamber 11 of the opening/closing valve V, and a check valve 25 is interposed on the way thereof. The check valve 25 is opened when evaporation fuel pressure of the tank main body 1 side exceeds a prescribed opening valve pressure, and evaporation fuel is refluxed from the tank main body 1 side toward an oiling pipe 2 side. At the time of normal oiling, evaporation fuel which is generated in the fuel tank T is led to the canister C through the evaporation fuel passage 3, and also evaporation fuel is led to an inlet part 2a through the evaporation fuel passage 22 and a pressure leading-in passage 15.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an evaporated fuel discharge suppressing device which can prevent the discharge of the evaporated fuel from a fuel feeding pipe, by the liquid seal action, securing the excellent fuel feeding performance, in the case of the high speed fuel feed, and possesses the large degree of freedom in layout. CONSTITUTION: At the top end part of a fuel feeding pipe 2, a fuel reservoir 4 opened upwardly, check valve 5, and a pressure relief pipe 6 are installed. The fuel reservoir 4 has the bottom surface having a almost shape (curved shape), and at the lowermost part of the bottom surface, a small hole 4a is formed. The pressure relief pipe 6 permits the communication between the upstream side of the top end part of the fuel feeding pipe 2 and the inside of a fuel tank, and when the check valve 5 is closed (state shown on the figure), the pressure in the fuel feeding pipe and the pressure in the fuel tank are made equal. The check valve 5 is in a closed valve state for closing the opened port end of the fuel feeding pipe 2 by its dead weight in the case other than the fuel feeding time. When fuel is supplied, the check valve 5 is turned by fuel, and an opened valve state 1 provided.
