    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a lifter device for a clutch, to reduce operation load and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: This lifter device for the clutch for performing a connection/ cut-off of the clutch 1 by relatively axial moving of a clutch outer 6 of a multiple disk clutch and a pressure plate 12 is characterized by performing the connection/cut-off of the clutch 1 with following means. A clutch lifer cam plate 23 is fitted into an inner race of a rolling bearing 15 so as to be axially slidable, a pressure receiving plate 24 is disposed close to the rolling bearing of the clutch lifter cam plate 23, a clutch lifter plate 25 is disposed between the pressure receiving plate 24 and the clutch lifter cam plate 23, rotating body holding holes are formed at every required interval in a peripheral direction around the center axis of the rolling bearing 15 in the clutch lifter plate 25 and respective rollers 26 are loosly fitted into the rotating body holding holes by taking rotary axes of straight lines extending in the radial direction from the center axis of the rolling bearing 15.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to control the timing of exhaust with a high degree of accuracy by allowing a core metal incorporated in a jig and having a shape similar to that of a control valve storage recess to abut against a surface facing a control surface at the forward end of a control valve so as to hold a cylinder block, and by machining a cylinder bore with reference to the forward end part of the core metal. CONSTITUTION:A core metal having a shape similar to a control valve storage recess 8 formed in an exhaust passage 15 and incorporated in a jig is made to abut against the surface of the control valve storage recess 8 facing a control surface 15 at the forward end of a control valve so as to hold cylinder block. Then the cylinder block is machined to form a cylinder bore 2 with reference to the forward end part of the core metal which make contact with a surface confronting the forward end control surface 15 of the control valve in the control valve storage recess 18. Accordingly the relative positional relationship between the control valve storage recess 8 and the cylinder bore 2 may be determined always accurately so that an exhaust port 5 having a vertical length with a high degree of accuracy may be formed. Further, the control valve 14 and a shaft hole for a support shaft 16 may be formed in precise positional relationships with respect to the storage recess 8. Thereby it is possible to precisely determine the position of the control valve 14 with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder bore 2.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at accomplishment of a compact size of an exhaust device capable of changing the length of an exhaust pipe by forming a tapering taper portion at the downstream side of an expansion chamber in an exhaust pipe and providing a tapering reflecting pipe capable of freely moving in an axial direction by a driving mechanism arranged at the rear of the taper portion at the inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:This exhaust device has the first pipe portion 11, the secondary and the third pipe portions 12, 13 connected in order to the rear end thereof and a silencer 14 is fitted to the rear end of the third pipe portion 12. The secondary pipe portion 12 is formed in a relatively large diameter and its inside is an expansion chamber 51. The rear portion of the secondary pipe portion 13 is a tapering convergent portion 15 and a tapering reflecting pipe 26 is slidably fitted at the inside thereof and a pin 266 provided at the rear end is engaged with a spiral lead groove 24a at the outer circumference of a pipe body 24 rotatably fitted to the rear portion of the secondary pipe portion 12. The pipe body 24 is rotated by a motor 28 via gears 30, 32 so that the reflecting pipe 26 is moved in an axial direction.
