摘要： A filter apparatus includes a generally box-shaped casing (40) formed by connecting peripheral edges of first and second casing members (10, 20) each having a concavity and filter (30) assuming the shape of a bag when disposed in the casing (40). The casing (40) has a suction port (12) and an exhaust port (23a) each communicating between the interior and the exterior of the casing (40). The filter (30) has an opening (31d) connected to either the suction port (12) or the exhaust port (23a). The filter (30) is composed of first and second filter media (31, 32) placed one upon the other and having respective peripheries held between substantially the entire peripheral edges of the first and second casing members (10, 20). The first and second filter media (31, 32) have respective through holes (31b, 32b) and are closely adhered together at peripheral portions of the respective through holes (31b, 32b).

SOLUTION: A valve element retaining member 32 having a communicating opening 33 is equipped with legs 35 upstanding around the communicating opening 33, and a valve member 40 for closing the communicating opening 33 is opposed on a side where the legs 35 are upstanding, further the other end of a coil spring 50 is locked by the locking claws 35a of the legs 35 while being brought in contact with the back surface side of the valve member 40. The valve member 40 can be acted as a relief check valve by being brought in contact with the communicating opening 33 by a predetermined pressure, and also a projection is eliminated from the valve member 40 so that a resin sink may not be formed, thus surface accuracy is improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lowering of sealing function due to heat by assembling a safety valve device by only fitting a member thereby to eliminate the need for a welding process. SOLUTION: A valve seat body 15 of synthetic resin is superposed on an end of a filter element 3 and a bypass hole 16 is drilled therein. A spring receiver 21 is mounted to a supporter part 19 formed integrally with the inner surface of the body 15 so as not to laterally slip so that a second spring body (coil spring) 18 supported by the receiver 21 presses a valve body 17 against the valve seat body 15 to close the hole 16. A first spring body (plate spring or coil spring) is attached to a locking claw 21 formed on the outer surface of the body 15 so that the filter element 3 is pressed and fixed by means of the first spring body 12.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and improve the seal function of a bypass hole in a using condition before a set pressure is applied, by separately forming a valve seat body and a valve element, and integrally arranging a spring to the valve element. SOLUTION: A valve seat body 12 for closing the hollow part of a filter element 3 and a valve element 13 by which a bypass hole 14 arranged on the valve seat body 12 is closed from a side opposite to a fluid flow direction, are arranged in a part close to one end of a main body case 2. The valve element 13 is formed by integrally connecting a valve part 13a for closing the bypass hole 14 and a spring part 13b for pushing the valve part 13a to the valve seat body 12 against fluid pressure to each other by an elastic material such as a plate spring. The spring part 13b is bent so as to be formed in a circular arc shape, an U-shape or a spiral shape so that the valve element 13 is mounted on the valve seat body 12 impossible to be slipped off against the elasticity of the valve element 13. Hereby, a function that the bypass hole 14 of the valve seat body 12 is closed by the valve element 13 in a condition before a set pressure is applied, can be remarkably improved.

CONSTITUTION:Through holes 31b, 32b are formed in the peripheral parts of filter media 31, 32, which are contacted closely by welding in the peripheral parts. As a result, the filter media 31, 32 can be placed over the whole circumferences between an upper casing 10 and a lower casing 20 while inside of the upper casing 10 being made to communicate with the inside of the lower casing. Consequently, the positioning with a step is made unnecessary, the sealing is improved because it ranges over the whole circumference, and a cutting yield is improved because the folding part is unnecessary.
