    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate an independent nozzle, and improve visibility around an electrode and the flow of a machining liquid by constituting a delivery means by forming a delivery hole in a holder in an electric discharge machine having the holder to hold the electrode and the delivery means to deliver the machining liquid toward a machining place of a work. SOLUTION: A holder of an electric discharge machine is composed of a shank part 11 installed by a chuck 8 on a head sent and driven in the vertical direction of the electric discharge machine and a holding part 12 to hold an electrode 1. A slit 13 as a recessed part to receive the electrode is formed in the holding part 12 of the holder, and a base end part 1c of a wedge-shaped electrode inserted into this slit 13 is fixed by a bolt 14. A hollow part 15 is also formed in the shank part 11, and its upper end is communicated with a machining liquid supply passage of a chuck 8. A delivery hole 16 of a machining liquid is formed on the lower end of the shank part 11, and at electric discharge machining time, the maching liquid is delivered from here, and the deterioration of visibility when a nozzle of the machining liquid is arranged around the electrode, can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease passage resistance of fuel steam forcibly fed during the feed of gasoline as the passage of refuse is prevented from occurring when fuel is sucked from the fuel tank side to a fuel intake system. SOLUTION: First and second empty rooms on both sides in a casing 10 with an activated coal layer located therebetween. The first empty room is communicated with the atmosphere through an atmosphere communication port 12a, and a second empty room is communicated with a fuel tank through a fuel tank communication port 11a and communicated with a fuel intake system through an intake system communication port 13a. Since, in the second empty room, a filter 16 is located between the fuel tank communication port 11a and the intake system communication port 13a, when fuel is sucked through the fuel tank communication port 11a to the intake system communication 13a, refuse is captured and when the fuel is forcibly fed through the fuel tank communication port 11a to the atmosphere communication port 12a, a filter through which fuel passes is brought into a coarsened state and the occurrence of passage resistance is reduced.

    • PURPOSE: To absorb by a circumferential activated carbon layer an opening/closing sound generated when fuel vapor and atmosphere are moved in the activated carbon layer in a casing through an opening so as to be suppressed from being leaked to the outside, by embedding in the activated carbon layer, a valve element opened when pressure difference at predetermined pressure or more is generated to the opening. CONSTITUTION: The inside of a casing 10 having an upper case 11 whose lower surface is equipped with an opening and a lower case 12 is filled with activated carbon 13. A fuel vapor suction opening 14 is formed in the center of the upper surface of the upper case 11, and a fuel vapor ejection opening 15 is formed at the edge thereof. An atmosphere communicating opening 16 is formed in the center of the opening of the lower surface of the lower case 12. Filter pads 17, 18 are mounted on the upper and lower surfaces of the activated carbon 13 so that an activated carbon layer is formed in an upper part in the upper case 11 and a lower part in the lower case 12. A communicating chamber 30 in which a valve element 20 is stored as a two-way valve is mounted to the fuel vapor suction opening 14 center in the upper case 11, and embedded in the activated carbon 13. Hereby, an opening/closing sound in the valve element 20 can be shut off by the circumferential activated carbon 13 and made to be hardly audible to the outside.

    • PURPOSE: To simplify the composition of a fuel supply system by connecting the pump connecting face of a fuel filter with fuel filter connecting face being one face of a fuel pump opposite each other to secure their sealing ability for making their connection possible. CONSTITUTION: A connecter section 12a having a discharge port and a power source terminal 14b is formed on a fuel filter connecting face on the upper face of a fuel pump section 10, and on the other hand, a cup-shaped fuel filter section 20 which faces the fuel filter connecting face and accommodates a filter material 22 is provided with a lower power source passage 23 where a pump side connecter section 23b being connectable to the connecter section 12a is formed on the fuel pump connecting face being the lower face of the fuel filter section 20. An upper power source passage 24, the first and the second fuel delivery ports 25, 26 are formed on a delivery port face on the upper face of the casing 21 of the fuel filter section 20. In the case where the fuel filter section 20 is directly connected to the upper face of the fuel pump section 10 composed in this way, a delivery route passing through the filter material 22 can be formed, and moreover a power source supply passage composed of internal power source passages 23, 24 can be formed.
