摘要： PURPOSE:To simultaneously perform desulfurization and denitration and to prevent the formation of sulfite by supplying a particulate material having absorbed sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide collected in a dry dust collecting process into exhaust gas and forming a part of the collected particulate material into a slurry to spray the slurry into exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:Fly ash is supplied to a slurrying process 101 from a supply passage 102 and calcium oxide or slaked lime is supplied to said process from a supply passage 103 and a particulate material collected from exhaust gas is added to the process 101 from a conduit 123 along with water to prepare a slurry. This slurry is conditioned and aged to obtain an adsorbent which is, in turn, sprayed into a drying chamber 113 from a spray nozzle 114. By this constitution, SOx in exhaust gas is mainly removed and a part of a solid reaction product is recovered. The exhaust gas accompanied by the remainder of the reaction product and the unreacted absorbent is reacted with residual SOx. The particulate material separated by a dry dust collector 117 is circulated into a conduit 124 and a part of the particulate material separated by a dry dust collector 125 is recirculated to the slurrying process 101.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simultaneously desulfurize and denitrify waste gas by a by system by scattering a powder absorbent into the waste gas, collecting the granular body in which SOx and NOx are absorbed, discharging a part of it to outside the system, feeding specified chemicals to the remainder to form slurry and aging it with hot water before reusing it as the absorbent. CONSTITUTION:Coal ash, slaked lime, the collected granular body and water are added from a feeding path 11, a feeding path 12, a conduit 28 and a water conduit 13 respectively to prepare the slurry in a process 10. Then when the slurry is transferred by a conduit 14 to an aging process 15 where it is heated with a steam heating medium from a heat source feeding path 16 while agitating it, a gel-like substance is formed. The gel-like substance is transferred to a dehydration process 18 by a pump 31 and after dehydration, it is transferred by a transfer line 19 to a drying/cracking process 20 when it is dried by heating gas from a heating source feeding path 21 and finely pulverized. And when the pulverized material is pneumatically conveyed through a conduit 22 and scattered into a flue 29 for waste gas from a spray nozzle 23 as an absorbent, it is collected by a dust collector 25 while absorbing SOx and NOx and a part of it is released in the air from a flue 26 and tie remainder is reused.

CONSTITUTION:A material containing calcium sulfate such as gypsum dihydrate and/or calcium sulfite such as hemihydrate sulfite lime, material containing aluminum oxide such as alumina, and material containing silicon dioxide such as silica are added to the source material to supply calcium oxide such as quick lime or slaked lime. These materials are mixed with water and aged in hot water at 90-180 deg.C. Thereby, an adsorbent slurry containing a large amt. of active Ca compd. is obtd. and with this slurry, environmental pollutant in exhaust gas can be efficiently removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To remove SOx and NOx by dividing waste gas into plural systems, spraying a slurry sbsorbent to at least one waste gas system to turn it into dry granular substances before mixing them with the other waste gas systems, thereby bringing an absorbent in a state of dried granular substances into contact with waste gas of high temperature. CONSTITUTION:Fly ash and Ca(OH)2 or CaO are fed from feed passage 2 and a feed passage 3 respectively and simultaneously the granular substances collected from waste gas is fed from a duct 24 and water from a water introducing pipe 4 is added and they are mixed to obtain slurry 1. And the slurry is transferred to an adjusting process 6, where it is agitated and aged while heating it to turn it into a gel. Then the absorbent is transferred from a slurry pump 9 through a duct 10 and after it is mixed with air, steam, etc., from a feed passage 11, it is sprayed as fine particles from a spray nozzle 14 to a drying chamber 13. On the other hand, when waste gas of high temperature from a boiler is transferred to the drying chamber 13, the sprayed slurry is dried and simultaneously SOx and NOx are removed.

Combustion gas G including sulfur dioxide gas generated by burning noncondensable gas E is blown from a gas blow-in pipe 16 into the slurry in a reactor 12 as multiple fine bubbles, sulfur dioxide gas is absorbed being brought into contact with a calcium compound including slurry H in the reactor 12, it becomes purified desulfurization exhaust gas N in which sulfur dioxide gas is little included, and it is dispersed from the upper part of a cooling tower 7 into the atmosphere by a fan 7c.

The moisture in the waste water is evaporate at the time of this contact and the non- evaporating components, such as solid components, salt components, oxides of metals, and combustion ashes, contained in the waste water are thickened. In addition, the discharged water volume is reduced as well. These components are thereafter discharged from the gas-liquid contact device 2.

The flow rate of the exhaust from the evaporator 2 is controlled so that the measured value of a pressure measuring instrument 12 for the evaporator 2 may be the prescribed one. Therefore, the solute component concentration in the waste water in the evaporator 2 can be always kept constant.

Moreover, by a catching mans 11 installed higher than the level of the liquid absorbent, the liquid absorbent 3 is caught and is refluxed to the oxidizing tank 2 through a reflux pipe 12. Further, an air pipe 20 is connected to the reflux pipe 12 to suck air.

Further, the injection amount of ammonia in a denitration stage (denitrator 2) and/or the injection amount of ammonia in the downstream side of the denitration stage are set in excess so that the ammonia or ammonium salt remains in the stack gas to be introduced into a desulfurization stage (absorption tower 21).
