摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Welsh onion-treating apparatus easy in charging Welsh onions into the apparatus, and enabling the continuous individual smooth performance of the peeling-off of husks and the even cutting of leaves and hairy roots into respectively desired lengths. SOLUTION: A plurality of partition panels 2 are each arranged with a space to the next one for holding a Welsh onion on a pair of endless chains 1a and 1b which are installed at upper and lower positions, and move synchronously with each other in rectangular paths. A belt conveyor 4 for transporting Welsh onions is installed above the upper endless chain 1a. A plate 12 for receiving the Welsh onion which is inserted into between a pair of partition panels is placed below the lower endless chain 1b and between each pair of partition panels, and the plate moves synchronously with the moving of the endless chain 1b. A working place for putting Welsh onions into between partition panels 12 is formed on one side of the endless chain 1a and 1b. Further, endless transfer belts 15a and 15b for clamping leaves of the Welsh onion inserted into between partition panels and transporting them, and a pair of sidewall boards 21a and 21b are placed on the other side of the endless chain 1a and 1b in such manner that each partition panel 2 passes between the endless transfer belts 15a and 15b, and also between the sidewall boards 21a and 21b.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Welsh onion processing apparatus capable of surely removing inedible skins even of the Welsh onions which are unevenly grown depending collection timing, place of production and plowed land. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with plural dividing boards 2 arranged with spaces between themselves where a Welsh onion can be placed on a pair of endless chains 1a, 1b which are each placed on the upper side and the lower side, and move synchronously on a rectangular pass way. The apparatus is also provided with endless transport belts 15a, 15b to clamp the leaves of the Welsh onion inserted between the dividing boards 2 and move them. A pair of side wall boards 21a, 21b are placed in such a manner that each dividing board 2 can pass between them, and the side wall boards 21a, 21b are each provided with a nozzle unit for blowing pressurized fluid on a passing Welsh onion. The nozzle unit consists of the unit 22A of a multiple-tube single-stage arrangement construction, the unit 22C of a multiple-tube multiple- stage arrangement construction and the unit 22B of a single-tube single-stage arrangement construction, which are placed directing the downstream side.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating Welsh onions, capable of continuously, individually, smoothly and uniformly peeling off the skins and cutting the leaves and hair roots in desired lengths, respectively. SOLUTION: Welsh onions are longitudinally divided with division plates disposed on an endless chain 1a, and carried. When treated, the Welch onions are individually supported and restrained with endless carrying belts 4a-4c, 6, 7, side plated 5a, 5b, etc., from vertical and lateral directions. Thereby, the treatments such as a treatment for cutting the hair roots with a cutting blade 8, a treatment for peeling off the skins with a nozzle and rolls 11a, 11b and a treatment for cutting the leaves with a cutting blade 12 are individually and successively carried out. Since the Welch onions are not released or bent on the action of forces thereon to prevent the generation of their mutual intervention, the treatments can smoothly, surely and continuously be carried out.
