    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a durability in view point of anti-slipping effects and reduce the cost of a base fabric by a method wherein a melt blown non-woven fabric, which is made of an elastic polymer through a polypropylene spun-bound non- woven fabric and has a specified average fiber diameter, is pasted onto the rear surface of a needle punched non-woven fabric. SOLUTION: The excellent anti-slipping effects of a melt blown (henceforth expressed as MB) non-woven fabric, which is made of an elastic polymer and has an average fiber diameter of 20 μm or less, is utilized. In order to apply the above effects to the slip-proofing of a secondary base fabric made of a needle punched non-woven fabric 1, a polypropylene (henceforth expressed as PP) spun-bound non-woven fabric is punched together onto the rear surface of the needle punched non-woven fabric 1 during its manufacturing process into an integral body. By bonding with a heated projected roll under heat and pressure from the MB non-woven fabric side under the state that the MB non- woven fabric is put on this PP spun-bound side, these layers are fusedly bonded together under heat. Accordingly, the resultant fabric has the extremely excellent and durable anti-slipping effects and can be easily manufactured and provided at a low cost.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently prevent discoloration of clothing by ultraviolet rays by using melt blown nonwoven fabric, which is formed by performing melt blown spinning on polypropylene by kneading titanium oxide having a specific particle size distribution and has an ultraviolet ray shielding rate not less than a spacific value, at least for one surface of obverse/reverse two surfaces as a sheet-like material. SOLUTION: Melt blown(MB) nonwoven fabric is used as a raw material of a clothing cover 1. The MB nonwoven fabric can be manufactured by using either of thermoplastic polymers, but is most desirably formed as MB nonwoven fabric using polypropylene. Many materials such as titanium oxide, silica and alumina are known as inorganic particulates, but titanium oxide having a particle size distribution of 0.1 to 2.0 μm is desirable as inorganic particulates kneaded in an MB polymer when aiming at shielding of ultraviolet rays, and its kneading quantity is set to 1 to 5%, and an ultraviolet ray shielding rate of the nonwoven fabric is set not less than 50%, and is desirably set not less than 65%, and is most desirable as compared with the other inorganic particulates.
