    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedding device and embedding method capable of eliminating the labor such as repeated work and reducing the period of construction. SOLUTION: An embedding device is constituted in such a way that a cylindrical body 2 is detachably provided to an underground structure 1, a shield excavator 5 is held inside the cylindrical body 2 through an elevating device 6, and the cutter head 4 thereof is projected downwards by means of this elevating device 6. Then, a cutting-edge beam 16 is provided around the bottom wall part 1a, and also earth/sand destroying devices 17 are provided to the four corners of the bottom wall part 1a, and a communicating passage 26 for communicating the inside of a space 27 with the excavation place is formed in the flange part 2a of the cylindrical body 2; and it is constituted so that water is supplied inside the space 27 at the time of embedding work, and the water is introduced to the excavating place through the communicating passage 26, and further an earth/ sand discharging device 29 is provided. Thus, excavation is facilitated, and also settlement of the underground structure 1 due to its own weight is repeated without labor, so that the construction period can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the outer deformation on the web face of a bar steel by pinching the flange and web of the bar steel with the grooved lower die plate of which the fulcrum metal die is rotatable and changeable, a back die and upper die in the bar steel bending by a fulcrum metal die couple and center metal die. CONSTITUTION:A bar steel 1 is bent by the transition of a pair of fulcrum metal dies 2 arranged at a distance in horizontal direction and a center metal die 3. The flange 8 of the bar steel 1 is pinched by the lower die grooved plate 27 of the fulcrum metal die 2(20) and a back die 23 and the web 5 of the bar steel 1 is pinched by the plate 27 and upper die 25. The grooved lower die plate 27 supported by a pin 28 to the lower die 22 is changeable by the web 5 size of the bar steel 1 and adaptable for the rotation by the pin 28 for the bend of the flange 8 by the bending of the bar steel 1 as well. The generation of the outer deformation of the web surface thereof is therefore prevented surely irrespective of the size of the bar steel 1.
