摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a proper welding condition by which the generation quantity of spatters is little from a welding current and the waveform of an arc voltage by paying our attention to a droplet transfer form. SOLUTION: The stability factor n/N of a droplet transfer is found by recording a welding current 4 and an arc voltage 5 on a recorder 7, and by counting the number of times N of a short circuit generated in a unit time and the number of times (n) of an instantaneous short circuit from the waveform of the arc voltage 5. These operations are performed by plural numbers of times by changing the arc voltage at some points. By comparing the plural stability factors n/N of the droplet transfer one another, the arc voltage is selected so that the stability factor n/N of the droplet transfer falls into a range of 0.4 or below in a low current area showing a short circuit transfer and the stability factor n/N of the droplet transfer falls into a range of 0.4 or below and 0.7 or over in a high current area which is a globular transfer. A proper welding condition by which the generation quantity of spatters is little when using a welding robot, can be easily selected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain thermal deformation of a material to be cut at the time of laser cutting. SOLUTION: When a laser light 3 is radiated on a surface A of a steel plate 2 for laser cutting the steel plate 2, water 11 for cooling is sprayed in a mist condition around the laser light radiation part of the surface A of the steel plate 2. Thereby, since the periphery of the laser light radiation part of the surface A of the steel plate 2 is cooled by the water 11 sprayed like a mist, temperature distribution of the surface A and an underside B around the laser light radiation part becomes approximately even. Also, the difference between the thermal expansion volume on the surface A side and that of the underside B side of the steel plate 2 is almost eliminated, so that thermal deformation in the plate thickness direction can be restrained.

The titanium sheet material 7 is set so as to cover the steel plate 3 surface of the gap between the adjacent titanium strips 6 and this titanium sheet material 7 is lap-welded to the titanium strips 6 to obtain a complex corrosion resistant plate material 1. In the case of fitting plural lines of the complex corrosion resistant plate material 1 in the groove 2 direction, it is desirable to apply sealing material so as to cover the joining part between the lines.
