    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To destroy an article to be destroyed surely by installing a cover member to a destroying vessel for filling a substance for destruction destroying the article to be destroyed and forming a hole for filling for filling the cover member with the substance for destruction and a hole for an air vent. SOLUTION: Electrodes 8 connected by a small-gage wire 2 are inserted to a cover member 7 and mounted on a destroying vessel 6, and the destroying vessel 6 is buried beforehand into a mounting hole 5 formed to an article to be destroyed 4. When the article to be destroyed 4 is used completely and destruction is conducted, a pipe 9 for infection is inserted into a hole 7a for filling, and filled with a substance 3 for destruction. Air in the destroying vessel 6 is discharged from a hole 7b for an air vent with the filling of the substance 3 for destruction at that time. The pipe 9 for injection is extracted, and the hole 7a for filling and the hole 7b for the air vent are plugged. The metallic small-gage wire 2 is supplied with electric energy from the electrodes 8, and the article to be destroyed 4 is broken. Accordingly, since the substance for destruction is filled at the time of destruction, the deterioration with time of the substance for destruction need not be considered, and the article to be destroyed can be broken and weekened surely.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the speed of a flying body put out of navigation so as to land softly and safely by providing storage chambers opened at the time of emergency, a plurality of balloons stored in a releasable state, helium gas cylinders built in the balloons, and expansion initiating devices. SOLUTION: Storage chambers 4A, 4B for respectively folded balloons 5A, 5B are formed at a fitting part front top part of a main wing 2 of an airframe 1 of an aircraft, and a fitting part front top part of a vertical tail assembly 3. The storage chambers 4A, 4B are provided with opening/closing doors 4a, 4b that can be opened at the time of emergency. A spherical balloon 5a and a parachute-shaped balloon 5b are provided with expansion initiating devices 7 for expanding the balloons 5A, 5B. Helium gas cylinders 8 are plurally disposed in specified positions in the spherical balloon 5a and parachute-shaped balloon 5b, and contained helium gas is released to expand the spherical balloon 5a and parachute-shaped balloon 5b at a stroke, thus imparting buoyancy.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent displacement of floating body blocks from each other by a method wherein a floating body structure comprises a floating body block group consisting of a plurality of floating body blocks, a protrusion part is formed on the contact surface of one floating body block of the adjoining floating body blocks, and a recessed part fitted in the protrusion part is formed in the other. SOLUTION: An ocean raft has a plurality of beam members, for example, section steels, spanning between the upper surfaces of a pair of raft bodies 2 and 2 situated with a given distance therebetween. Each raft body 2 comprises a floating body block group wherein a plurality of floating body blocks 3 of, for example, rigid foamed plastic, in the shape of rectangular parallelepiped adjoining in series are fitted in each other by a fit-in means. In this case, a fitting-in means comprises a square conical trapezoidal protrusion 7 formed on the contact surface of one floating body block 3 of the adjoining floating body blocks 3; and a recessed part 8 formed in a relative shape in the contact surface of the other floating body block 3 and fitted in the protrusion part 7. The floating body blocks 3 are intercoupled through a fastening lever (a tie rod) 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the portability of a projector by simplifying and decreasing the weight of the projector. SOLUTION: A projector 1 comprises a projector cylinder 5 which can be positioned at a prescribed angle, a projecting coil spring 3 fixed to a base end part in the projecting cylinder 5, a projecting seat means 32 fixed to the end part of the projecting coil spring 3 to transfer the restoring force of the projecting coil spring 3 to a projecting capsule 2, a compressing cylinder 4 arranged in the base end side of the projector cylinder 5 so as to contract the projecting coil spring 3, an engaging member 41 provided on the piston rod 36 of the spring compressing cylinder 4 to be engaged with or disengaged from the projecting seat means 32, and a releasing rod 42 for raising a block 46 engaged with the projecting seat means 32 to detach the projecting seat means 32 from the engaging member 41 in accordance with the contraction movement of the piston rod 36 near the compression limit of the projecting coil spring 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a block and facilitate the production thereof, by providing a receive plate of load at the top and bottom faces of a block body made of a rigid plastic foam. SOLUTION: A foundation block 1 supporting a temporary bridge or road or the like in an emergency is constituted of a block body 2 made of a rigid plastic foam, receive plates 3, 4 provided at the top and bottom faces thereof, and a middle plate 5 arranged at the intermediate position. Steel, aluminum, reinforced plastics, or wooden materials are used for these plates. Or instead of these materials, the outer periphery of the block body 2 is covered with a reinforcing cylinder body. In this way, the block can be lightened and the compressive strength can be increased. And hence, construction and transportation can be facilitated. And since the structure is simple, it can be easily produced. And since the load F is dispersed on the whole face of the plates 3, 4, the block brings out an excellent compressive resistance and supports a heavy structure. And further, when a reinforcing cylinder is provided, a horizontal swelling is restricted and the supporting force can be increased further.
