摘要： PURPOSE:To easily assemble even a large ocean floating structure by carrying out a jointing work for the bottom, intermediate and upper sections of the structure on the surface of the water at all times without any need of a special underwater work. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of unit floating bodies 2 are made afloat on the surface of the water and the bulge sections 8a of the plate members 8 of adjacent unit bodies 2 are jointed to each other on the surface of the water, thereby forming a structure bottom section 3. Then, unit intermediate bodies 4 are stacked in order on the bottom section 3 on the surface of the water by the required stack number, thereby forming a structure intermediate section 5. Thereafter, a structure upper section 6 is jointed to the upper edge of the section 5 positioned on the surface of the water, thereby assembling an ocean floating structure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the strain of the whole structure to the minimum and prevent concrete placed in respective structural units from producing cracks and hence, prevent the steel plates from rusting due to concrete, by correcting the strain or the torsion and welding mutually the projected parts of the steel plates. CONSTITUTION:The protruded parts 26 of steel plates 6 of the upper floor slab unit 1 are welded with each other so that strain and tortion brought about by the heat at the time when fitting bodies are welded with the steel plates 6, are corrected and the reinforcements 10, 11 projected from concrete 18 are mutually welded through connecting rods. Connecting concrete is placed in the steel plates 6 to assemble an external crust of an ocean structure.

When blocks 1 are loaded in the holds and reach a prescribed position, a cargo support member lock device 14 is released, and a raising and lowering chain 22 and a rotating chain 28 are extended by driving a raising and lowering winch 25 and an opening and closing driving winch 30. Thereby, the carge support members 6R and 6L are lowered up to a lower limit position from an upper limit position U along a raising and lowering guide part 13a. The rotating chain 28 is extended, and the blocks 1 on a bottom wall 6a are all thrown into the sea by opening and moving it up to an opening movement limit O in the arrow C direction from a closing movement limit S by the moment of the blocks 1 and the bottom wall part 6a.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the side slip of the hull even in the case of receiving the cross wind or beam sea at the time of high speed navigation by providing the lower face of a rear hydrofoil, fitted across the bottom parts of both barrel parts of a catamaran type hull, with fins protruding downward in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:At the front and rear parts of the catamaran type hull 2, hydrofoils 3 are fitted across the bottom parts of both barrel parts 2a respectively through support members 4. Fins 5 of the specified height are respectively fitted in the longitudinal direction to both side end parts of the lower face of the rear hydrofoil 3A. The fins 5 are fitted by fitting both end parts of the hydrofoil 3A to the support member 4 side and fixing the fitting flange parts of the fins 5 to the end part lower face of the hydrofoil 3A by fitting bolts. The side slip of the hull 2 is thereby prevented positively by the fins 5, and since the fins 5 are fitted to the rear hydrofoil, submergence thereof is large so as to serve to prevent meandering.

When both blocks 1 are jointed, a trunk 9 is formed on the contacting faces A by the trunk forming sections 8 of both blocks, therefore welding of the contacting faces A can be conducted by using an automatic welding machine without being hindered by the lounge members 7.
