摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the subject device capable of anchoring a buoyant body stably using spherical bonding means on the sea even in sea areas heavy in current, tide and wave. CONSTITUTION:A buoyant body 1 which is inhibited from turning by chain 9 is anchored in such a manner that the spherical part 6a at the upper end of a buoyancy tank 6 is fitted in the receiving part 2a of a recess 2 formed in the center of the lower part of said buoyant body 1, and further the buoyancy tank 6 is fitted in a holding cylinder 4 provided upright on the sea bottom. According to this arrangement, the buoyant body 1 is inhibited from carrying out horizontal movements on the sea due to water flow, wind force and the like and retained at a predetermined position and makes up and down movements in accordance with the high and low tides. Since seawater within the holding cylinder 4 enters and leaves by passing through holes 5 in accordance with the vertical movement of the buoyancy tank 6, the vertical movement of the buoyant body 1 is smoothed. Up and down rocking movements of the buoyant body 1 due to sea current and wave in the full direction become free.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify mooring facilites, by forming a mooring concave portion to a central lower portion of a circular or polygonal cylindrical base ship used for floating generating facilities, by mounting a mooring projection to a foundation of the sea bottom portion and by connecting the projection and the concave portion through a buffer portion material. CONSTITUTION:A base ship 1 floated on the sea is shaped in a circular or polygonal cylindrical form when viewing from a plane, a chimney 3 is mounted to an upper portion of the central portion and a plurality of decks 11-14 to the inside and the ship is equipped with various kinds of devces, such as, a generator 7, a gas turbine 6, etc. necessary for floating generating facilities. A mooring concave portion is formed to a central lower portion, a loere portion of the chimney 3, and connected through a mooring projection 32 and a buffer portion material 33 installed to a sea bottom portion foundation 31. Since the facilities are moored at a central portion of the base ship, which is symmetrical, this device can stabilize and facilitate mooring, and occupying area on the sea is minimally controlled.

Accordingly, sea water is introduced into the ballast tank 7 at the dock bottom 3, and the dock bottom 3 is placed at sinked position, and the ship 30 to be repaired is introduced from the opening of the dock bottom housing part 2 of the base ship 1, and then the sea water in the ballast tank is discharged by the operation of the ballast pump 8 on the dock base 3, then the dock bottom 3 is floated-up in the state having the ship 30 loaded, and in this state, prescribed work can be performed.
