摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a slat bar of lightweight and high strength and small height and low cost. CONSTITUTION:This slat bar is basically so formed as to have an inverted channel cross section comprising a front section 24, a rear section 25 and a placement surface 26. Also, a channel type recess section 28 shallower than the sections 24 and 25 is formed on the placement surface 26 where the mounting section 27 of a conveyor chain 22B is provided, and the height of the front and rear sections 24' and 25' of the mounting section 27 is so set as to be lower than other portions. In this case, the bottom of the section 28 is fixed to the chain link of the conveyor chain 22B. According to this construction, the strength of the slat bar at the mounting section 27 can be maintained, while reducing the height thereof.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the limited dimension of a parking area by providing a conveyer device for front wheels, a conveyer device for rear wheels, a vehicle width detecting sensor, a vehicle length detecting sensor, and an oblique slippage detecting sensor. CONSTITUTION:At the entrance of a vehicle entering room 1, the vehicle width of an entering vehicle 2 is detected by a vehicle width detecting sensor 8, and when the vehicle width is deceptable, it is displayed on a guide display plate 13 to request a driver to expedite entry of his vehicle. Then, the vehicle 2 comes in and stopped in such a condition as its front wheels being positioned on a conveyer device 3 for front wheels, and the rear wheels being positioned on a conveyer device 4 for rear wheels. Then, the vehicle length is detected by a vehicle length detecting sensor 10, and when it is acceptable, the driver is requested expedite his getting off. And an oblique slippage of the vehicle 2 is detected by an oblique slippage detecting sensor 11. Furthermore, when the detected distances A and B are different from each other, the posture of the vehicle 2 in its advancing direction is adjusted correctly by driving either one of conveyer devices 3 and 4, and after that, the vehicle 2 is conveyed out from the vehicle storage room 1 by driving the devices 3 and 4 at a time.

CONSTITUTION:A vehicle is delivered between a carrying truck 5 and a parking chamber or an elevator through a slat conveyor. In this case, when the slat conveyors 10A, 10B stop, positioning-driving motors 37A, 37B are started to approachingly move positioning blocks 31A, 31B through a pinion-rack mechanism for sandwichedly holding the front wheel F of the vehicle between them. Next, the above state is detected by front wheel holding sensors 41A, 41B to stop the motors 37A, 3B. In addition, a traveling motor 22 is started to move a truck toward an aimed parking chamber, and the numbers of revolutions of the motors 37A, 37B are detected by positioning rotation detectors 39A, 39B and inputted in a vehicle position correcting control device 40 to correct the rotation of the motor 22 for stopping it. Thus the vehicle can be delivered at a proper position.

Next, a transmitting gear 46 to be engaged with the gear 43 and an idle roller 47 at the same diameter with a pitch circle of the transmitting gear 46 are provided in the tip of the arm 44, and an output rod 48a of a jack is connected to the base end of the arm 44. Furthermore, a driven gear 53 and an idle roller 54 at the same diameter with the pitch circle of the driven gear 53 are provided in a driven gear 52 for driving a conveyor positioned in the parking chamber side. The gear 43 is rotated idly by the clutch, and the arm 44 is lowered by a rod 48a to make the rollers 47, 54 contact to each other, and the gears 46 and 53 are slid to be engaged with each other. The time to be required for engagement of the gears is thereby shortened.

The conveyers 11A, 11B, 13A, and 13B are each returned to the opposite direction, and the vehicle 10 is returned by reverse operation of the motors 37 and 41 to stop it on the detecting position of strikers 61a and 63a. The conveyers 11A, 11B, 13A, and 11B are moved by one-pitch distance by normal operation of the motors 37 and 41. The vehicle 10 can thus be exactly moved to the standard position (b).
