摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a muddy sludge supernatant water treating depestal vessel which can easily receive supernatant water separated from concentrated sludge in a muddy sludge concentrating pedestal vessel to exactly treat the water by tracing rapidly against the movement of the vessel in high mobility. CONSTITUTION:A pedestal vessel 1 is moored on ocean in the vicinity of a muddy sludge concentrating pedestal vessel. The supernatant water separated in the muddy sludge concentrating vessel is intaken through a feed hose 12 by a pump 13 and through a feed tube 14 into a reaction tank 8. A medicine is mixed with the supernatant water from a medicine tank 7 to precipitate easily the water. Then, the water is charged into a settling tank 2. The sludge settled is returned through a sludge feed tube 16 and hose 18 by a pump 17 into the muddy sludge concentrating pedestal vessel. The supernatant water clarified in the tank 2 is fed through a treated water drain tube 10 by a pump 11 into a filter tank 9, where it is purified into highly clean water and then discharged.

CONSTITUTION:A water treating pedestal vessel 4 and a solidifying agent injection pedestal vessel 6 are moored on the ocean in the vicinity of a disposal place 5 to dump the concentrated muddy sludge from the vessel 6 through an exhaust hose 39 to the place 5. The muddy sludge of high water content collected by a dredging vessel 2 is concentrated by a plurality of muddy sludge concentrating pedestal vessels 3. In this case, one of the vessels 3 is connected to the vessel 2. One of the vessels 3 is connected to the vessel 2 for receiving the muddy sludge (a), the vessel (3) connected through a supernatant feeding hose 22 to the vessel 4 is treating water (b), another vessel 3 connected through a concentrated muddy sludge transporting hose 19 to the vessel 6 is injecting the solidifying agent (c), and (d) is under concentration, and (e) is standby vessel 3.

Then, water glass coagulant is charged from a coagulant dissolving tank 8 into the concentrated muddy sludge in the tube 1 and mixed by a line mixer 5. Then, silicate hardener is injected from a hardener dissolving tank 10 to be mixed by a line mixer 6. Then, the concentrated sludge is transported through a transportation hose 4 by a booster pump 7 into a disposal place to be then formed in gel state. Reference numerals 9, 11 illustrate supply tubes, and 12, 13 pumps.

摘要： PURPOSE:To treat sludge efficiently without polluting environment and without causing secondary environmental pollution, by agitation of the sludge together with flocculant to form conc. sludge and supernatant water, the latter being treated and discharged, then by agitation of the conc. sludge together with an aggregating agent and hardening agent, and by conveying the mixt. to a dump pond. CONSTITUTION:A stirrer 1 for flocculant is so constituted that selection of a pipe mixer 8, stirring tank 9, bypath line 10 is possible in order to set different stirring conditions according to the property of the sludge. At this side of the entrance of the apparatus for the sludge, a flocculant is poured into the sludge through an injection line 15, and the agitated sludge together with the flocculant is sent to a sludge-concentrating tank 2 by gravity. In the concentrating tank 2 consisting of 4 vessels, those processes, i.e., acceptance, sedimentation, hydro-extraction, and transfer, are performed successively. Supernatant water is treated in a water-treating apparatus 24 and is discharged. The concentrated sludge is delivered by a transferring pump suspended by a revolvable crane 25 to an agitation and mixing tank 5, where it is agitated together with aggregating agent added through an injection pipe 37, then, with addn. of hardening agent through an injection pipe 41, is transferred to a dump pond 6 by a transferring pump 40.
