SOLUTION: This joint for gas meter connection is characterized in that inflow and outflow pipes 10 and 20 are provided and side-by-side arranged on a body, their lower end ports 11 and 21 and upper end ports 12 and 22 are directed downward and upward, respectively, the lower end ports are connected to gas inlet and outlet ports M2 and M3, respectively, a gas inlet pipe 14 led from the exterior and a gas outlet pipe 24 led to a destination are connected to the upper end ports 12 and 22, respectively, the inflow and outflow pipes are integrally fastened by a coupling part 30 of the body, a gas cock 16 is provided between the lower and upper end ports of the inflow pipe, a pressure inspection port 26 is provided between the lower and upper end ports of the outflow pipe, and the joint is fixed to a building by coupling a fixture 31 to the coupling part 30.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated pipe joint allowing a worker to easily perform connecting works in a narrow space without using a spanner and a wrench. SOLUTION: In a state where the corrugate pipe T is inserted and sufficiently pushed in an inner hole 13 of an inner case 12, a claw 23 of a retainer 20 is engaged with an annular recess portion outside the corrugate pipe T so that the corrugate pipe T is in a temporarily locked state and prevented from being pulled out. Then, when the worker draws out the corrugated pipe T upward by hands, the lock between the outer case 15 and the retainer 20 by a stop ring 30 is released, an outer ring groove 22a of the connecting sleeve part 22 of the retainer 20 and regular fixing groove for the connecting end portions of the inner/outer cases 12 and 15 are faced to each other, and the stop ring 30 is disposed therein to fix the retainer 20 in the ease 11. In a state where the retainer 20 is fixed thereto, the outer circumferential tapered face 27 of the retainer 20 abuts on the internal circumferential tapered face 19 of the outer case 15 so that respective segments 25 of the retainer 20 are contractedly fitted therein so as to firmly prevent the corrugate pipe T from being pulled out.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an assembly work by inserting an insertion member from a communication hole to an inner circumferential groove, engaging it with parts and basic members, and forming a fixing means of the parts to simplify the connection structure of a suspension unit to a gas plug. SOLUTION: An opening is formed in an end face respectively in a cross section 22 and leg parts 21, 31, and a left end of the section 22 is opened in the horizontal direction, a right end is opened in both upper and lower directions, and the respective lower ends of the leg parts 21, 31 are opened downwardly. Gas communication passages 19a and 33a to communicate right and left openings with each other are formed between the right and left ends of the section 22 and the leg parts 21 and 31 close to the ends. The opening at the left end of the section 22 is an insertion hole 19b in which an insertion part of a socket part of the gas plug is inserted. A groove 19c cut semi-circularly in the groove section is formed in the circumferential direction of the section of the opening in an inner surface of the insertion hole 19b. The structure of the connections of the suspension unit to the gas plug can be simplified, and the assembly work can be achieved in an extremely easy manner.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a stable seal condition over a long period between a corrugated pipe and a cylinder member, by providing an annular part, having a shoulder contact surface abutting to both side protruded shoulder surfaces in an external peripheral wave mountain recessed part of the corrugated pipe and an outer surface abutting to an internal peripheral surface of the cylinder member, and a connection part connecting these mating annular parts. SOLUTION: A seal packing 10 for a corrugated pipe, mounted between a cylinder member and a corrugated pipe, is provided with an annular part 14 having a shoulder contact surface 13 abutting to both shoulder parts in a wave mountain protruded part of the corrugated pipe, the these mating annular parts 14 are connected to each other in a connection part 15. When the seal packing 10 in a condition mounted in the corrugated pipe is inserted in a cylinder member internal peripheral surface, an outer surface of the seal packing 10 is compressed by abutting to the internal peripheral surface of the cylinder member. In this way, the packing 10, by elastic restoration force due to proper elastic deformation, gives compressive force to the internal peripheral surface of the cylinder member and both the shoulder parts in the wave mountain protruded part of the corrugated pipe, and stable seal performance is obtained by ensuring a life of the seal packing 10 over a long period.

The saddle part 21 includes a heating wire 26 buried around a branch taking-out hole 25, and the saddle part 21 is integrally welded to the surface of a gas main pipe 40 by heating this heating wire 26. A male screw 34 for attaching a drilling tool is provided in the upper end of the drilled pipe part 22 and, after drilling, the drilled pipe part 22 is sealed by a cap 24. The hole saw 30 has a hole 31 in its upper part and the annular recessed groove 32 of its outer peripheral surface is engaged with a rubber ring 28 in the drilled pipe part 22. A cutter 33 is provided in a tip part and, when the concerned upper end surface of the hole saw 30 is pressed by the tool, drilling is performed on the surface of the gas main pipe 40.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit for suspending gas meter for which positioning and attaching work to a building wall or the like can be easily and skillfully conducted. SOLUTION: A patch 111 of a fixing hardware 100 is made to contact with the building wall or the like and to be fixed to thereto. The patch 111 comprises a central plate part 112 and a fixing-to-wall part 113. Screws 115 for attaching a connection metal are attached to vicinities of four corners of the central plate part 112 in a temporarily tightened condition. A connection metal 121 of the fixing hardware 100 is fixed to a reverse face of a unit body 90. The connection metal 121 comprises a ridged part 122 and patch fixing parts 124, 125. Four clearance holes 128 are opened in the patch fixing parts 124, 125 to correspond to the four screws 115 implanted to the patch 111. The each clearance hole 128 is opened by a size capable of passing a head part of the screw 115 therethrough with a margin. A groove 129 for setting the screw joined to the clearance hole 128 to be extended upwards is cut in an upper part of the each clearance hole 128.

SOLUTION: A ring groove 12 is dug in an inner hole portion B of a joint body 10 in a radially outer direction. On the other hand, a ring groove 23 is dug on the outer periphery of a retainer case 18 in a radially inner direction. An inner periphery portion of a stop ring 24 is fitted in the ring 23. Firstly, a retainer 17 is inserted into a corrugated tube T, then the retainer 17 is mounted on the retainer case 18. Further, when the corrugated tube T and the like are inserted into the joint body 10, the outer periphery of the stop ring 24 is fitted into the ring groove 12, prohibiting the retainer case 18 from being disassembled.

Whereby the corrosion can be prevented, and the deterioration by ultraviolet ray can be also prevented.

A gas plug 13 is connected to the right side of the transverse part 22 as facing it, and a test opening 35 is connected to the connected part of the transverse part 22 and the right down pipe 31. A union nut 23 is connected to the lower end of the left down pipe 21, and a union nut 29 is connected to the lower end of the right down pipe 31.
