The earth and sand in the muddy condition are sucked and discharged through a discharge pipe 9, a branch hole is made in the main-branch pipe 2 using a scraping blade or the like, and a branch pipe is connected thereto through a pipe joint.

The bottom surface of the ceiling plate 4 is supported by this swelling part 36 and a filter is supported by the metal fitting 37 by using a fixing screw 35. Bolts 32 and 33 engaging with and sliding in the slide groove 31 are slidingly moved so that the inclination of the hanging bolt 1 comes in a proper state, and after the posture thereof is adjusted, both bolts 32 and 33 are tightend and fixed.

Since the operator is slowly rotated in a state that he is stopped on the tread 19, it is not necessary to alter a direction so that the air is diffused to the entire operator as prior art. Accordingly, clean injection air is uniformly brought into contact with the entire operator automatically in a state that he is stood on the tread 19 in a room, and dust adhered to operator's clothing, etc., can be removed.
