    • PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which permits an unattended molding operation of sand molds and provides an improvement in quality and reduction in cost by connecting a head of a traction machine on combined vertical and horizontal traveling rails moving on the molding flask of a molding board carrying a pattern and a sand slinger and controlling automatically the rate and position of charging of molding sand. CONSTITUTION:The slinger head 8 provided in the upper part of the molding flask 3 on the molding board 2 on which the pattern 1 is imposed is positioned by the traction machine 7 supported on the traveling rails 5 and traversing rails 6. The head 8 is connected to the sand slinger 4. The rate and position of charging of the molding sand are automatically controlled by a control panel 9. The molding operation for the sand mold is thus made unattended and the quality thereof is improved; in addition, the cost is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To make sure the proper control of cutting tool service life by a system wherein the service life as set separately depending upon the codes of the tools is inputted in the form of number or time before machining, the remaining machining number is calculated according to the signal of machining completion and an alarm is given when the number has become zero. CONSTITUTION:Before machining a workpiece, a push button power switch 1 is pressed and numerals for all tools to be used are inputted by using numeral keys 3, while an operating watching the display of a tool code 13 and cutting tool service life 14 as shown on a display device 4. When the machining work has started and a system start push button switch 6 is pressed, a tool code signal 8 as outputted from an NC machine 12 whenever each tool has finished machining, is received by an input device 9. And a micro-computer 10 is used to calculate the number of possibilities for remaining works, and the tool code 13, the service life set number 14 and the remaining machining work number 15 are displayed on the display device 4 via an output device 11. When the result of the calculation has given zero, a warning device 17 gives an alarm and an exchange lamp 18 is lit, thereby ensuring the proper control of cutting tool service life.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent generation of inferiority, by collectively controlling a difference, between the actually measured value of a tool finished to be preset in a predetermined address and the preset value of a tool finished to be input being temporarily set, as a tool correction value in a CPU. CONSTITUTION:A device, determining a tool shape code for discrimination and an address code for arrangement, actually measures length of a tool and its diameter by a presetter 12. Thereafter, the device calculates a difference, between the actually measured value of the tool finished to be preset and stored in a predetermined addess and the preset value of the tool finished to be input being temporarily set, as a tool correction value in a CPU 27, and the device collectively controls in the CPU 27 together with the tool information finished to be input by an input/output device. And the control device outputs a tool diameter and length correcting NC tape and the other tool information in a data list state corresponding to the generation of tool preparation requirement. Accordingly, the device can substantially reduce a tool preparation time further prevent generation of inferiority.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency and the reliability by providing a tool correction level output system comprised of measuring device for outputting the measurement of tool dimension to a microcompressor and a data recorder for recording data from said microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:A tool correction value output device is constructed with a microcomputer 13 connected to the tool center 1 to execute arithmetic processing and a puncher 14 having an input unit. The output from the tool center 1 is converted from serial to parallel through I/O port 15 then re-converted from parallel to serial data through I/O port 19 and fed to the puncher 14. The actually measured tool length (e) and tool diameter (d) are displayed on the digital display unit in the tool center 1 then corrective operation of the length and diameter and data stock are executed through the microcomputer 13 thereafter fed through a circuit 19 to the puncher 14. The correction tape is read out through tape reader in NC machine while a correction table is made through a printer 21.

By this method, the device itself is held to the suitable rigidity and also, the shock is released.
