    • PURPOSE:To measure pulse Doppler with a high signal-to-noise ratio by obtaining the correlation between phase signals respectively having a specific time interval out of phase signals successively sampled at time intervals equal to the wave sending intervals of an ultrasonic wave pulse, obtaining a phase difference vector, and calculating a speed from the angle of the phase difference vector. CONSTITUTION:Out of the phase signals successively sampled at a time interval T equal to the wave sending interval of the ultrasonic wave pulse, the correlation between the phase signals respectively having the time interval of nT (n: an integer >=2) is obtained, the phase difference vector is obtained, and the speed is calculated from the angle of the phase difference vector. The ultrasonic wave pulse sent toward an arbitrary part in a heart at the wave sending interval T is reflected by a blood flow and received. When the received signal is inputted to an input terminal 100, a Doppler signal is detected by a phase comparator 1. The detected signal is made into time series data by an A/D converter 2. An output omegad of a divider 12-1 and a Doppler frequency (the output of a divider 12-2) omegad' obtained by an added part 413 are obtained, either of the outputs is selected by a discriminator 13, and the selected output is outputted.

    • PURPOSE:To correct a Doppler frequency being measured so as to prevent the erroneous measurement of the direction of blood stream, by providing a means for obtaining a corrected value by multiplying an angle obtained from a phase difference vector by T/T3 and a means for addition-correcting a deflection angle of a transmitting interval T. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting signal with a preset frequency omega0 is repetitively output from a transmitting circuit 11 of an acoustic transducer 1 at a transmitting interval T via the transducer 1 to a reflection object 2. The reflected wave from the reflection object 2 is detected by the acoustic transducer 1 and its detected signal is input via a receiving amplifier 12 to a phase comparator 3. The constitution of a phase difference detector 64 and that of another phase difference detector 4 are similar to each other. An output vector Z from an angle detector 7 is input to another angle detector 65 to obtain an angle QA which is equal to omegadT3. A multiplier 66 multiples the ratio (m) of T to T3 by QA to input m.argZ into a correction value detector 67. There, a corrected angle thetaalpha is selected and a corrected Doppler angular frequency omega'd is calculated by a divider 8 and is then displayed by a display 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase transmitting receiving gain of an ultrasonic wave, and reduce capacity in a signal conductor inside of a needle by arranging a resonance coil between a transmitting receiving circuit and a converter in a needle- like ultrasonic probe to perform scanning by rotating and slidingly moving the converter. SOLUTION: In a needle-like ultrasonic probe, a partially hollow conductive internal needle 40 whose tip is composed of a paracentesis needle-like electric conductor is rotatably and slidably fitted in a hollow conductive external needle 35, and at least a single converter 10 is arranged on a side surface of its internal needle 40 through an insulator, and when an ultrasonic wave is transmitted and received, at least a part in which the converter 10 is arranged is exposed from the tip of the external needle 35, and is constituted so as to perform scanning by rotating and slidingly moving the converter 10 by a driving device. Electrodes 11 and 12 of the converter 10 are electrically connected by a signal conductor 50 to external electrodes 13 and 14 arranged so as to be insulated from the internal needle 40, and a resonance coil 80 is arranged between the external electrode 14 and a transmitting receiving circuit.
