摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure a wide service area and to attain communication with high reliability by arranging plural light emitting elements in circular to a focus of a cylindrical optical reflecting mirror having a parabolic curved face at its side face. CONSTITUTION:A light source comprising light emitting elements 6-41-6-4n is arranged at the focus of a reflection mirror 6-1 having a parabolic face. The parabolic face is corrected in an optical path C that light at a side angle from a light source O2 is reflected in a reflecting face 6-12 of the parabolic face 6-11 and propagates slightly downward. In optical paths D, E, the light near the center from the light source On propagates and since the optical output is large, the light is reflected in a direction of a diffusion limit angle psi(-60 deg.). Thus, the light in the direction of diffusion limit angle -60 deg. has a stronger optical output than other directions and a directivity is obtained. The operation above is applied as to the plural light emitting elements 6-41-6-4n and the photodetecting quantity of a reception signal is uniform on a plane within the transmission area in the diffusion angle.

According to the place which was sensed as failed, the monitor screen to be backed up in the station office room and/or central command place is decided. An alarm related to the backup operation is issued.

A person in charge of adjustment successively adjusts the viewing angles of the ITV cameras 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b while looking at the screen of the monitor TV 23.

Further, the data sense circuit 3-3 detects the end of frame at a prescribed time T4 after the transmission data signal 3-7 changes from the active state to the idle state so as to turn off the data sense signal 3-9.

摘要： PURPOSE:To assure the matching of directions between the transmission and reception for a data communication system using a light beam, by comparing a test data transmitted at a station of one side with a received reflected data. CONSTITUTION:A data is transmitted from a slave station including transceivers 6-9, display terminals and computers. This data is reflected to the slave station from a master station consisting of reflectors 4 and 5. This reflected data is received at the slave station that transmitted the corresponding data. Then the transmitted data is compared with the received data for each bit, and the directions are matched with each other between the transmission and reception when the coincidence is obtained from the above-mentioned comparison. In such way, it is possible at one time to match directions for both transmission and reception. In addition, the reliability can be confirmed for both transmitted and received data.

The radiated waves are photodetected by PDs 6-2 and 9-2, and detected signals are supplied as data signals to the equipments 10-13.

Thus, an FF44 is set, an AND gate 49 is closed to stop lighting of a light emitting diode 18, an AND gate 47 is closed to turn on the transmission permission signal of the signal line 31. Further, an indicating lamp is lighted and the generation of runaway is informed.
