摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a ceramic coated heat resistant member used in a corrosive environment at high temp. by successively coating the surface of a heat resistant alloy substrate based on Ni, etc., with a ceramic-metal mixed layer and an alloy layer having higher oxidation and corrosion resistances at high temp. than the substrate and by forming a ceramic coating layer on the alloy layer. CONSTITUTION:When a ceramic coating layer (e.g., ZrO2 ceramic) 1 is formed on the surface of a heat resistant alloy substrate 2 based on at least one among Ni, Co and Fe with a ceramic-metal mixed layer 4 in-between to obtain a ceramic coated member, an alloy layer 3 having higher oxidation and corrosion resistances at high temp. than the substrate 2 is interposed between the ceramic coating layer 1 and the mixed layer 4. The alloy layer 3 contains at least one of Co and Ni, Cr, Al and at least one among Hf, Ta, Y, Si and Zr. The thickness of the ceramic coating layer 1 is regulated to 0.05-1.0mm, that of the alloy layer 3 to 0.03-0.5mm and that of the mixed layer 4 to 0.03-0.5mm.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a lengthy oxide superconductor by flame-spraying the powder of the specific oxide superconductor to be stuck on a substrate then heat-treating it. CONSTITUTION:The powder of an oxide superconductor expressed by R-A-Cu-O is flame-sprayed and stuck on a substrate then heat-treated. In this chemical formula, R is one or two kinds of La, Y, and A is one or two kinds of Ca, Sr, Ba. No deviation by weight is generated because the sintered and reacted powder is used, thus the constituting material 2 of the oxide superconductor can be uniformly formed on the substrate 1. The crystallization of the material stuck on the substrate is disturbed at the time of the flame spraying or the heat distortion is generated due to the abrupt temperature change, and the superconductivity is deteriorated, thus the annealing heat treatment is performed. The lengthy oxide superconductor can be efficiently and easily obtained accordingly.

CONSTITUTION:An average crystal particle diameter of an oxide superconductive substance (a polycrystalline substance) in a sheath material is less than 1mum. An oxide in use is basically composed of elements Y-Ba-Cu-O, but such an oxide may be also used as composed in such a way that a part of Y is displaced with a group IIIA element or a lanthanide element and/or Ba is displaced with a group IIA element. The smaller the average crystal particle size of the oxide in the sheath material is, the more the increase in high critical current density Jc is. Particularly when the average crystal particle diameter is less than 1mum, Jc increases extremely, so that an oxide superconductive wire with high critical current density can be obtained.
