    • PURPOSE:To obtain an ink sheet having substantially the same applied energy and reflection color density characteristics for each color and thereby enable clear high-quality images to be recorded with excellent color balance and color reproduction properties, by setting the contents of sublimable dyes in an ink layer to be different to each other. CONSTITUTION:The heat generated by a thermal head 1 is transferred to an ink layer 4 through the base 3 of an ink sheet 2, whereby a sublimable dye 5 in the ink layer is sublimed or evaporated, and is transferred to a recording paper 6. Where the reflection color density per unit area or unit weight is substantially the same for each of the sublimable dyes 5 for colors such as yellow, magenta and cyan, the content of the sublimable dye 5 in the ink layer 4 is set to be lower as the sublimation rate of the dye is higher. Where the sublimable dyes 5 have guide different reflection color densities, the content of the sublimable due 5 in the ink layer 4 is set to be lower as the dye has a greater value of the product of the reflection color density and the sublimation rate or the amount of the dye 5 sublimed when being supplied with a specified quantity of thermal energy per unit area.

    • PURPOSE:To control noise by forming at least one of tip parts of a rotor electrode and a side electrode in a composition where silicon resin is used as a binder and almina is added. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 3 of a distributor has a rotor electrode 5 composed of brass stuck onto the upper face of an insulating member 4, and a side electrode 8 in the peripheral edge of a central terminal 7. A composite substance composed of Al2O3 80-90vol% and silicon resin serving as a binder is used for at least a part of the conductive body of the rotor electrode 5 and the side electrode 8. The composite substance is soft and excellent in processability, and when it is heated after forming, the silicon resin turns into a siloxane compound having Si-O-Si connection and sharply improve heat resistance, and when it is heated above 500 deg.C, the siloxane compound turns into almina system ceramics. Thus excellent durability can be obtained, and radio wave noise emitting source is directly shut off for obtaining a sufficient preventing effect to the radio wave noise.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at the complete fusion deposition between both primary and secondary molded resin layers by setting the melt index value to be larger in the primary molding than the secondary one in the case where thermoplastic resin with an insulating property is doubly applied to an electrode being installed in a cap body by means of these primary and secondary molding processes. CONSTITUTION:In a side electrode 2, its body part is embedded in a top plate part 1a of a cap body 1. One end 2a is exposed out of the cap inside and opposed to an electrode of a rotor 7, while a terminal 3 is set up in the other end 2b so as to be situated in a cap side wall part 1b. In addition, primary molding thermoplastic resin 4 covers the circumference of the side electrode 2 excepting both ends 2a, 2b of it. Moreover, secondary molding thermoplastic resin 5 forms the cap body. In this case, as for the melt index value, the primary molding resin 4 is set to be larger than the secondary molding resin 5.
