摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an OHP film free of possibility of positional errors at the time of printing or possibility of fusing due to setting the film upside-down, by providing an optical detection marker consisting of a releasable adhesive sheet. CONSTITUTION:One side of a detection marker sheet 2 is partially or entirely coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive 1. For easy releasing of a detection marker, it is desirable to provide the detection marker with a dry edge. The dry edge means an edge part of the detection marker which part is not coated with the adhesive so that it can be easily held with fingers. The shape and the number of dry edge parts may be arbitrarily selected, unless the holdability of the detection marker onto the OHP film 3 is impaired. The detection marker consisting of the releasable adhesive sheet is adhered to the OHP film 3. Accordingly, the position of the detection marker can be accurately read.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a thermal transfer paper having favorable adhesion of an ink layer to a film and free of abnormal transfer, by using a high molecular weight polyamide resin based on a dimer acid as a binder for an ink layer. CONSTITUTION:The binder is a high molecular weight polyamide resin based on a dimer acid, preferably having a softening point of 100-200 deg.C. If the softening point is lower than 100 deg.C, the resin is melted or becomes extremely sticky when being heated at the time of transfer, and the resin is transferred onto an image-receiving paper, thereby degrading image quality. Any of various solvent based on alcohol, ester, ketone or the like may be used singly or in mixture. A cellulose paper such as a condenser paper, a glassine paper and a tissue paper and other high molecular weight film can be used as a base for the ink layer. A dye, the binder and the solvent are preferably used in respective amounts of 1-20wt%, 2-40wt% and 40-97wt%.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an ink sheet having substantially the same applied energy and reflection color density characteristics for each color and thereby enable clear high-quality images to be recorded with excellent color balance and color reproduction properties, by setting the contents of sublimable dyes in an ink layer to be different to each other. CONSTITUTION:The heat generated by a thermal head 1 is transferred to an ink layer 4 through the base 3 of an ink sheet 2, whereby a sublimable dye 5 in the ink layer is sublimed or evaporated, and is transferred to a recording paper 6. Where the reflection color density per unit area or unit weight is substantially the same for each of the sublimable dyes 5 for colors such as yellow, magenta and cyan, the content of the sublimable dye 5 in the ink layer 4 is set to be lower as the sublimation rate of the dye is higher. Where the sublimable dyes 5 have guide different reflection color densities, the content of the sublimable due 5 in the ink layer 4 is set to be lower as the dye has a greater value of the product of the reflection color density and the sublimation rate or the amount of the dye 5 sublimed when being supplied with a specified quantity of thermal energy per unit area.

CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer 3 having rubber elasticity is provided between a base sheet 1 and an ink layer 2. The base sheet and the ink layer may be formed from materials which are conventionally used. The material for the intermediate layer can be selected from a variety of materials, for example, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, isobutylene-isoprene rubber, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, urethane rubber or a thermoplastic elastomer such as a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer.

Said image receiving material is superposed to thermal transfer paper formed by providing a coloring material layer 5 containing a sublimable dye on a base material and both of them are heated by a thermal head 6 while being contacted between the thermal head 6 and a platen roller 8 under pressure and the sublimable dye in the coloring material layer 5 is sublimed and transferred to the dyeable resin layer 1 of the thermal transfer image receiving material to form an image and, thereafter, said thermal transfer image receiving material is taken out and laminated to a material 8 to be printed by a laminating roll 9 to form an image on said material 5 to be printed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance adhesion and prevent scaling-off of a cured silicone resin or lowering of glossiness from occurring, by a method wherein a cured film obtained by bringing a silicone resin comprising a specified polymer into a radical addition reaction to form a thee-dimensional structure is provided in a specified film thickness on a dyeable resin layer. CONSTITUTION:The image-receiving paper comprises a printing paper 1, the dyeable resin layer 2 and the cured silicone resin layer 3. One of the silicone resins is of the heat-curable type wherein a polyorganosiloxane as a main polymer is brought into an addition reaction to form a three-dimensional structure, while anther one is of the UV-curable type wherein the main polymer is brought into an addition reaction to form a three-dimensional structure. To obtain a further excellent running property, it is preferable that the average molecular weight of the main polymer in the silicone resin is 5,000-100,000. It is necessary that the film thickness of the cured silicone resin layer 3 in terms of dried coating amount is 0.03-0.30g/m .

CONSTITUTION:The image-receiving paper for thermal transfer comprises the printing paper 1, the intermediate layer 2 and the dyeable resin layer 3. The intermediate layer is formed of a material rich in elasticity and capable of easily achieving uniform close contact of the layers 3, 4 under a pressure exerted by a thermal head, and is generally provided by using a substance having rubber elasticity. Particularly, a substance having a Young's modulus of 10 -10 dyn/ cm , preferably, 5X10 -5X10 dyn/cm is suitable. A covalent bond crosslinked type elastomer generally called vulcanized rubber, a thermoplastic elastomer which is plasticized at high temperature so that it can be molded or formed by plastic-processing machines, and a thermoplastic having a low modulus of elasticity can be used as a substance for forming the intermediate layer.

CONSTITUTION:The rotor 3 of a distributor has a rotor electrode 5 composed of brass stuck onto the upper face of an insulating member 4, and a side electrode 8 in the peripheral edge of a central terminal 7. A composite substance composed of Al2O3 80-90vol% and silicon resin serving as a binder is used for at least a part of the conductive body of the rotor electrode 5 and the side electrode 8. The composite substance is soft and excellent in processability, and when it is heated after forming, the silicon resin turns into a siloxane compound having Si-O-Si connection and sharply improve heat resistance, and when it is heated above 500 deg.C, the siloxane compound turns into almina system ceramics. Thus excellent durability can be obtained, and radio wave noise emitting source is directly shut off for obtaining a sufficient preventing effect to the radio wave noise.
