    • PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation which enhances the shielding effect between high voltage output terminals of large voltage amplitude and control terminals of a logic system by separately mounting the both terminals at both sides of a package and providing power terminals at the diagnoal corners. CONSTITUTION:Control terminals d1-d6 are disposed to be gathered at one side of an IG package 10, output terminals D1-D6 are mounted at the opposite side so that the distance between the terminals d1-d6 and the terminals D1-D6 is increased, thereby reducing the coupling capacity C1 between the terminals, and decreasing the electrostatic and electromagnetic couplings. Further, since the impedance of a power wiring pattern 12 is low, the conductive patterns 13 at both sides of the pattern 12 are shielded from each other. The Vcc and G of the power terminals are disposed at the diagonal corners of an IC package 10, the control terminal wiring pattern and the output terminal wiring pattern are completely divided by two, and the coupling capacity between the control terminals and the output terminals is further reduced by the shielding effect.
