摘要： PURPOSE:To use the titled circuit for the calling device system of an exchange, by controlling turn on and off of a PNPN transistor (TR) from external. CONSTITUTION:A PNP TR9 and an NPN TR10 constitute a PNPN switch. When ''1'' is inputted to a terminal 41, TRs 38, 15 and 24 turn on to absorb a constant current from the base of the TR9. Therefore, the PNPN switch turns on. When ''0'' is inputted to the terminal 41, TRs for driving the PNPN switch turn off. The input level is inverted by a gate 39 and a TR36 turns on. Then, the constant current flows to the base of an NPN TR25, which turns on. The NPN TR10 is cut off and the PNPN switch is turned off.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the off-control ability, without increasing an off-drive current, by connecting a diode in forward direction in series with a cathode of a PNPN switch. CONSTITUTION:A collector of a TR8 and an anode of a diode 7 are respectively connected to a cathode-gate and a cathode of a PNPN switch 6, and the emitter of the TR8 and the cathode of the diode 7 are connected. In turning off the PNPN switch 6 from conduction, a current flows to a base 9 of the TR8 to drive the TR8 to remove the current from the cathode-gate of the switch 6. In this case, a voltage between the collector and emitter of the TR8 can be taken larger by the forward voltage drop of the diode 7, allowing to prevent the saturation of the TR8.

CONSTITUTION:In case that the call signal and the earth signal are transmitted alternately to a subscriber's line 2 through current self-holding semiconductor switches 11 and 12, conduction or non-conduction of p-n-p-n transistors TRs 11a, 11b, 12a, and 12b constituting semiconductor switches is detected by a detecting circuit 15 and is inputted as one control information to a controlling circuit 14. A control signal is transmitted to the first gate driving circuit 13a and the second gate driving circuit 13b through delay circuits 21 and 38, which give a delay longer than the turn-off time of semiconductor switches, to prevent the simultaneous operation of two semiconductor switches, and thus, switches are not broken down, and malfunctions are prevented.

Control signals T1 and T2 from the controlling circuit 14 are applied to semiconductor switches 11 and 12 through an exclusive operating circuit 13 consisting of delay circuits 21 and 38, which have delay times longer than the turn-off time of semiconductor switches 11 and 12, and gate driving circuits 13a and 13b. Consequently, the simultaneous operation of semiconductor switches 11 and 12 is prevented, and a call signal source 5 and the earth do not collide.

Thus, the driving current for release does not flow from cathode terminals K1-K4 to the channel.
