摘要： PURPOSE:To easily improve productivity by mixing and effecting reaction of elements of group IA or the like in the periodical table and rare earth elements. CONSTITUTION:The target for sputtering is obtd. by selecting elements from IA, IIA and IIIA groups in the periodical table or elements (e.g. Ba, Sr) for partial substitution for the element A in the formula and selecting elements from rare earth elements or elements (e.g. La, Nd) for partial substitution for the element B in the formula, and then molding these components. A copper oxide material having a compsn. almost same as an oxide superconducting film consisting of a compd. of formula is formed by sputtering on a substrate by using a target under reduced pressure in a chamber. This superconducting material has a tetragonal crystalline structure with lattice constants (a) and (c) ranging 0.54nm

摘要： PURPOSE:To control the critical temperature of the oxide superconductor thin film by forming an epitaxial film comprising a crystal represented by a specific formula and having lattice constants similar to those of an oxide superconductor on a substrate and further forming the thin film of the oxide superconductor on the epitaxial film. CONSTITUTION:An epitaxial film comprising a crystal having a lattice constant similar to that of the crystal of a prescribed oxide superconductor is formed on a heated SrTiO3 substrate having a (100) surface by an RF magnetron spattering method using a Sr1-xBaxTiO3 sintered product as a target. Subsequently, a tetragonal oxide superconductor thin film represented by the formula (A is Ca, Sr, Ba; B is a rare earth metal; (x) is 0-0.5; (y) is 1.95-2.30) such as Sr1-xNdxCuOy, having lattice constants comprising 0.385-0.410nm on the (a) axis and the integral times of 0.310-0.350nm on the (c) axis and further having a prescribed film thickness and a prescribed critical temperature is formed on the epitaxial film by the RF magnetron spattering method.

SOLUTION: This battery breaker comprises a fixed contact 16, a movable contact 11, a movable piece 12, the bimetal 20, a case 30, and a lid 35 of the case. The fixed contact 16 is provided on one end side 32 in the case 30. The movable piece 12 joined with the movable contact 11 extends from the other end side 38 in the case 30 to the fixed contact 16. Projecting parts 13 and 14 are formed on the movable piece 12. The bimetal 20 inverses at a temperature higher than a predetermined value, presses up the movable piece 12, and separates the movable contact 11 from the fixed contact 16 to break current.

Since the material contains adhesion reducing elements such as Zn, Cd, In, Tl, Sn, Pb, As, Sb, Bi or the like and furthermore contains arc damage dispersing elements of C or Si, adhesion does not occur between contacts even under high loads in which arc discharge is generated, and a good contact service life can be obtd. Moreover, it is inexpensive since expensive Rh, Ru, etc., are not used.

The non-superconductor layer has a lattice constant which is closer to a lattice constant of the superconductor layer and consists of a conductive or a tetragonal perovskite type oxide.
