摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion potential measuring apparatus for simply measuring accurate corrosion potential by cleaning the surface of a sample electrode or removing the surface film thereof. SOLUTION: In a corrosion potential measuring apparatus having a cell including a sample electrode comprising a metal and a reference electrode becoming the potential standard of the sample electrode and a potential difference meter measuring the potential difference between the sample electrode and the reference electrode, the cell has an inlet and an outlet in order to takein and out sample water and a means having a chemical injection part for injecting a chemical agent on the inlet side of the cell and injecting the chemical agent in the cell to remove the film bonded to the surface of the sample electrode is provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk and a moving blade of a turbine rotor from suffering corrosion damage by SCC, corrosion fatigue, on the like. SOLUTION: An engaging protruding part 2A is formed on a periphery part of a disk 2, and a blade cut portion 3A is formed on a moving blade 3. By engaging the engaging protruding part 2A with the blade gash 3A, the moving blade 3 is connected to the disk 2. A zinc member 4 is formed in a contact surface between the disk 2 and the blade 3. The zinc member 4 is disposed concentric with a shaft of a rotor. Accordingly, the zinc has a lower electric potential than any other material of turbine material, so that the occurrence of corrosion damage such as stress corrosion crack, corrosion fatigue, and pitting of the turbine material can be restained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an entire system having steam and a metal contacted to each other to be prevented from being corroded by a method wherein a part of water steam is extracted, the extracted water steam is condensed under a condensing condition similar to that near a surface of a turbine vane, the condensed water is stored in a condensed water chamber and quality of the condensed water in the condensed water chamber is measured. SOLUTION: A part of steam fed to a condensed water quality monitor 39 is extracted from a front stage of a drying or humidifying alternating region within a low pressure turbine 4, the extracted steam is fed to a steam chamber 18 acting as a condensing chamber through a low pressure turbine steam extracting pipe 40, and condensed under the same condensing condition as one near the surface of the turbine vane. Then, the condensed water generated at the steam chamber 18 is accumulated at a condensed water chamber 19 and water quality of the condensed water in the condensed water chamber 19 is measured by various kinds of water quality sensors assembled in the condensed water chamber 19. With such an arrangement as above, it becomes possible to measure the environment of condensed water at the surface of the turbine material in the drying and humidifying region and in addition, it is possible to prevent corrosion damage of the steam turbine material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the sticking of a radioactive material by forming an oxide film on the surface of the piping, equipment, etc., of the plant which contacts reactor water by autoclave processing before the piping, equipment, etc., is installed in the plant. CONSTITUTION:The oxide film is formed on the surface of the piping or equipment which contacts the reactor water outside a nuclear power plant system by bringing the surface into contact with high-temperature, high-pressure pure water which is degassed and contains a fine amount of dissolved oxygen and making the pure water flow before the surface contacts the nuclear reactor water. Structure materials of a pressure vessel, piping, a pump, valves, etc., provided around a plant reactor use stainless steel by 97% of the water contacting area. An increase in the film amount of the stainless steel in reactor water environment is represented by a logarithmic rule of time. Namely, its growing speed decreases as the film is grown. Therefore, the proper nonradioactive oxide film is formed previously to suppress new film forma tion after dipping in liquid wherein a radioactive material is dissolved, and the sticking of the radioactive material which is caused frequently in film formation can, therefore, be suppressed.
