摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of convergence adjustment process by detecting a defect of a digital convergence circuit at an initial stage and especially the defect of writing to a memory for a convergence correction data and detecting the defect for the plural number of times. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal vertical address counters 261, 262 in an adjustment section 200 generate same readout address signal as that of horizontal vertical address counters 109, 110 in a waveform generating section 100 to input an adjustment correction data memory 204 via an address switch 203. As a result, convergence correction according to a convergence correction data in the memory 204 is implemented. Then a personnel adjusting the device observes the pattern subjected to correction and confirms the convergence state to send an instruction how to adjust the convergence by a keyboard 202. Then a CPU 201 rewrites the convergence correction data to match the convergence.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce digital convergence correction time considerably by utilizing a correction data of other set and past data of adjustment set, applying linear interpolation calculation while adjusting the data and generating a correction data finally by a curved interpolation calculation. CONSTITUTION:A PTV correction data based on a theoretical value is stored in a memory 280. Shift calculation is applied based on a data in a memory 204 to approach the data to a reference adjustment point. After the level is infinitely approached to the adjustment point by the shift calculation, the remaining convergence shift is matched by the point-to-point adjustment. The linear interpolation calculation is applied simultaneously in this case. When the adjustment for all adjusting points is finished, the curved interpolation calculation is implemented. Then the correction data with high accuracy corresponding to all scanning lines is stored in the memory 204. A CPU 201 sequentially reads the convergence correction data subjected to the convergence adjustment from an adjustment correction data memory 204 and writes the data into a memory 111 from an interface 275.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten transmission time by coupling an adjusting item with adjustment value data as one communication unit and executing adjustment by means of infrared-ray remote control communication. SOLUTION: An operator 1 which receives a command from a host computer 5 through an I/O interface 4 stores an adjusting item in the high-order of a memory 2 and adjustment value data in the low order of the memory 2. Then, the operator 1 transmits data from the high-order of the memory 2 to remote control transmission 3 by remote control transmission. Thus, a remote control transmission format before device adaptation can be adopted as the transmission format after device adaptation and a flow chart before device adaptation can be adopted as the one after device adaptation when the two kinds of adjusting items are simultaneously adjusted. Therefore, in the simultaneous adjustment of the plural items, data communication speed is made to be fast and the adjustment loop time and algorithm of the device is shortened.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit deflecting distortion correction to be highly presice by freely conducting change distortion correction by means of data which are analog-converted from digital data. CONSTITUTION:A display device consists of a cathod-ray tube 3, a deflection york 2 and a display driving circuit 1. A horizontal timing signal 6 and a longitudinal timing signal 7 are taken-out from the circuits so as to be converted into address data 9 for reading from a digital memory 10 by a frame counter 8. Digital data 11 which is read by the data 9 are converted into an analog signal 13 by a D/A converter 12 and divided by a horizontal/vertical change-over signal 14. It is respectively added to a horizontal amplitude drive 4 and a vertical amplitude drive 5 as a horizontal correction drive 18 and a vertical correction drive 19 by a driving amplifier 17 through a sample-hold circuit 15 and LPF 16 so as to drive the deflection york.
