摘要： PURPOSE:To enable information including a moving picture as well as the elevator operation information to be displayed in an elevator hall and an elevator car. CONSTITUTION:A display controller 1000 is installed in a machine room 12, and a display 201 is installed in an elevator car. The display controller amplifies an analog video signal to be input from an image signal source 1 by a transmitting unit a2 and transmits it to the display 201. Moreover the still picture data input from a graphic information source 4 through an information processing unit 5 and the information showing still picture data produced by an elevator information processing unit 7 on the basis of the information from an elevator information source 6 are composed with each other by a composing unit a8 into a composed still picture data, and the composed still picture is transmitted to the display 201 through a transmitting unit b9 apart from a video signal. An image processing unit 3 of the display 201 digitalizes the transmitted analog video signal into a moving picture data, and the composing unit composes the moving picture data to the composed still picture data, so as to display it with a display unit 11.

Each connection controller monitors the operation state of transmission controller; and when the connection controller detects abnormality of the transmission controller, the connection controller ignores a request of connection to the transmission medium and performs the control not to connect the transmission controller to the transmission medium even if the transmission controller issues this request to the connection controller for the purpose or transmitting data into the transmission medium. Normal transmission controllers erase abnormal data so as not to degrade the transmission performance of the transmission system if this abnormal data continuously exists on the transmission mediums.
