摘要： PURPOSE:To surely execute tracking by incorporating an infrared-ray sensor capable of sensing infrared rays with limited wavelength generated from a human body in an image pickup device, calculating a signal expressing obtained direction and distance, the existence of a human, etc., by a microcomputer and automatically executing the ON/OFF of a power supply for the device and the setting of an angle and magnification. CONSTITUTION:A distance measuring part 16 executes the pulse driving of infrared rays with a fixed frequency band to emit infrared rays through a light emitting window 5 and inputs a signal returned after being reflected by a subject through a light receiving window 6. The measuring part 16 calculates a distance up to the subject by using a time difference between light emission and light reception and inputs the data of the distance to the microcomputer 13, which controls a zooming function 4 and a lens control part 14 for controlling a focus based upon the input data and rewrites set data on occasion in accordance with the movement of a human based upon a series of operation. Thus the tracking of photographing is automatically executed and the optimum viewing angle of a human displayed on a monitor 20 can be confirmed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a high multiple speed of reproducing information by reading information recorded at a constant linear velocity at a constant angular velocity. SOLUTION: Relating to this device, a discoid optical disk 10 is driven to rotate by a motor 11, while information recorded on a recording surface is optically read out by an optical pickup 20, and a recorded data is reproduced from a signal read out by this optical read-out means via a data slice circuit 26, a synchronizing signal detecting (PLL) circuit 30 and a signal processing circuit 40. The optical disk 10 recorded with information at a constant linear velocity is read out at a constant angular velocity, whereas the synchronizing signal detecting (PLL) circuit 30 is composed of plural PLL circuits having different setting frequency bands in synchronization with input timing, which are selected by a switch circuit 50 controlled by a CPU 60 in accordance with address information of a track of an optical disk, thus coping enough even with a drastical change of a transfer speed of reading out data due to enhancement of a high multiple speed.

This signal is received by the controller 6 of the VTR part 1 and a power source supply opening and closing mechanism 5 is released with a power source ON/OFF control signal 15 to supply the electric power to the camera part 2. Then the camera part 2 sends the power source confirmation signal to the VTR part 1.

By this method, high amplitudes and low amplitudes of the read signal can be equalized, and even when a data slice level is lowered, the spindle motor control by a seek control can stably and promptly be carried out.
