    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To faithfully simulate and load an actual dynamic load and an actual static load by controlling a shaker in such a way that the measured value of a shaft-part actual model which models a bearing, to be tested, and a shaft part facing the bearing to be tested agrees with the calculated result of a shaft- part numerical model which is numerically modeled in a computer. SOLUTION: A shaft 5 which is supported by a bearing 3 and a bearing 3 is turned and driven by a driving source. The shaft part of a rotating machine system is simulated via a housing 4 and a housing 4 by a shaker 6 and an exciter 6 which are fixed to a rigid wall 12. A bearing 1, to be tested, which is inserted and mounted near the center of the shaft 5 is housed in a housing 2, and the measured value of a reaction force which is measured by a measuring device 7 is input to a computer 11. Then, the computer 11 inputs a shaking signal to a control device 8 for the shakers 6 via a signal transmission means 17 in such a way that the measured value of a shaft-part actual model which models the bearing to be tested and a shaft part facing the bearing to be tested agrees with the calculated result of a shaft-part numerical model which is numerically modeled in the computer 11, and the shakers 6 are controlled.

The stacker crane is constituted so as to be pivotable around its axis in the direction of its length and at the same time a hanging arm 16 for hanging down the ring type metal fitting 10' of the long object 10 and performing the giving and receiving operation of the ring type metal fitting 10' of the long object 10 between the rack 4 and the hook 35 is provided on the upper side of the slacker crane, and an intermediate holding device 20 for holding the nearly intermediate part of the long object 10 in the direction of its length to perform the giving and receiving operation of the long object 10 between the rack 4 and the intermediate holding device 37 is provided in the intermediate part of the slacker crane.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at shortening of the track time of picking work by comparing natural frequency of a manipulator driven mechanism system in each axial direction and stopping the shaft of lower natural frequency first. CONSTITUTION:Regarding a picking device which takes out the desirable article from an out-going rack by an orthogonal three axle manipulator, as a driving method of simultaneously driving two axles or a plurality of axles among the manipulator driven axles, for example, in case of simultaneously driving two axles, a shaft of lower natural frequency is stopped first. Thus amplitude of the residual frequency in the direction of the shaft of lower natural frequency starts damping earlier than the shaft of high natural frequency. When the shaft of high natural frequency stops, the amplitide of the residual frequency of the shaft which stopped eariler has become sufficiently small. The time required for damping of the residual frequency is short if the natural frequency is high. Therefore frequency settling time after stopping can be set short and the tact time of the picking work can be shortened.
