摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent mis-aborting a non-duplicate message at a receiver side even when a sender side is in system-down and raised again in the case of message transmission reception through the use of plural communication paths. CONSTITUTION:A sender side node 13 sends each transmission message while it is added with a serial number 241 and a serial version number 261 to LANs. A receiver side node 15 stores a serial number version number and a serial number of a newest message for each communication destination node and compares the stored serial number version number and a serial number version of each reception message to discriminate whether or not a transmission serial number is initialized due to a cause in the sender side node such as re-raising. Even when the transmission serial number is discontinuous attended with initializing, the receiver side node applies reception processing to the non- duplicate message without mis-abort of it.

Then, EKM (KS) can be obtained in a host main body 116 with the processing of a ciphering machine 119, and the data ciphering key KS can be shared with the terminal. The data ciphering key can similarly be shared with the other terminal.
