摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous issue of a certificate by constituting the above system so that when abnormal data is printed, or printing is executed in a state shifted from a correct printing position, it is decided to be an abnormal certificate and it is discharged to a different discharge port from that of a normal certificate. CONSTITUTION:A terminal control part 2 gives an instruction to a certificate issuing device 4 so that a certificate of a classification instructed from a host station 1 is carried to a printing part 7 from a hopper 8, and when the certificate is carried to the printing part 7, discrimination data affixed to the certificate is read by a bar-code reader 9, and compared with discrimination data received from the host station 1 and decided. When they are matched with each other, the certificate issuing device 4 executes printing to the certificate, based on received printing data, decides whether printing is executed normally or not, and in the case printing is executed normally, the certificate is discharged to a stacker 5. When at least one of them is incorrect or not normal is decided at the time of decision, its fact is displayed on a display 3, and also, the certificate is discharged to an inserter 6. 摘要： PURPOSE:To perform the quick input of data with labor saving by storing temporarily the preceding transaction data to read it out in the next transaction mode and displaying this data on a transaction screen as a new data. CONSTITUTION:The transaction data is supplied to the transaction screen of a display device 4 by means of the ten keys 6 and the input key 7 of a control panel 3. Then an input end key 9 is depressed and a CPU 1 decides the prescribed conditions and fetches the transaction data displayed on the transaction screen to a memory 2 if the decided conditions are satisfactory. Then the CPU 1 sends the editing data to a host station 5. In case the input data on the preceding transaction is used as it is when the data on the next transaction is supplied, the CPU 1 decides the desired conditions with the depression of an induction input key 8. If these conditions are satisfactory, the input data on the preceding transaction is displayed on the input field of the corresponding present transaction. Thus the input data can be easily reused. This improves greatly the input operation of data.

Further, printer paper presence or absence information 9 are also stored to the save information 8 and after that, the no paper is set to the above-mentioned presence or absence information 9. When a canceling key 16 is pushed down after another processing is ended, the save information 8 are recovered to the refresh memory 7 and the control part 5 and restarted. Thus, even when printing data are generated at a save time, printing operation is not started and the erroneous printing is erased.
