摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a master disk and stamper having excellent adhesiveness and to prolong the life thereof by forming an oxide thin film to serve as a layer to be peeled on a photosensitive resin and further forming an org. thin film adjacent thereto at the time of forming the stamper and substrate for optical disks. CONSTITUTION:Rugged patterns for guide grooves and information recording are formed by using the photosensitive resin on the surface of one master disk 3 and an SiO2 film 13 is laminated on the surface thereof at the time of forming an optical disk stamper. The surface is then treated with a fluorine compd. 12, by which the surface energy is previously lowered. A liquid acrylic UV curing resin 5 is thereafter dropped and a transparent member 6 coated with an adhesion accelerator on one surface is superposed thereon and is irradiated with UV rays 7 to cure the resin 5. The resin is peeled to form the stamper 8. The SiO2 film 13 is laminated on the surface of the stamper 8 and is treated with a fluorine compd. 12 at the time of forming an optical disk substrate. The substrate 11 consisting of the resin 9 on which the rugged patterns of the stamper 8 has been transferred, is obtd. by the similar stages.

摘要： PURPOSE:To transfer lots of stampers by sputtering a metal element or inorg. compd. having high melting point on the surface of the master disk of photosensitive resin film to form a thin film. CONSTITUTION:A thin film 2 is formed by sputtering on the master disk of a photosensitive resin film having at least one of guide grooves and rugged pattern in which information is recorded by using a metal or inorg. compd. having low melting point. Thereby, a peeling layer having small particles size can be formed. Or, by forming a metal thin film 2 having good adhesion property with the photosensitive resin film and then a metal thin film having good peeling property with the stamper 8 is laminated to form a multilayer structure, adhesion property with the master disk is improved and the stamper 8 has higher peeling property. Thus, lots of stampers can be formed by transferring from the master disk.

Especially, a material which contains 5 to 30mol% of Ta2O5 and whose residual part is composed of ZnS or ZnSe is preferable. Thanks to the protective layer 2, the recording medium is resistant to a tensile external force and heat generated at the recording film 3 by being irradiated with the beam is diffused.
