    • PURPOSE:To transfer paper sheets in a stable manner, preventing the troubles of double feed, delay of transfer timing, etc., by keeping the pressing force of a paper feeding roller always constant by detecting the pressing force of the paper feeding roller, rest quantity of the paper sheets, and the paper sheet interval. CONSTITUTION:A paper sheet 2 placed on a table 13 in a hopper is driven out by revolving a paper feeding roller 1 through a gear train 16 installed on the shaft 15 of a transfer roller 14 by revolving the shaft 15, and separation- transferred one by one by the transfer roller 14 and a separating pad 18. In this case, the pressing force applied on the paper sheet 2 in the case where the paper feeding roller 47 drives out the paper sheet 2 is detected by a pressure sensor 19 installed in the table 13 or on the bearing of the paper feeding roller 17, and inputted into a controller 20, together with the rest quantity of the paper sheet 2 by a rest quantity detecting sensor 29 and the detection signal of the paper sheet interval by a paper sheet detecting sensor 28, and control is performed so that the pressing force corresponding to the kind of the paper sheet is always kept constant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent misalignment of color or printing patterns caused by vibration in the sheet conveying direction in continuous paper such as rolled paper or folded paper. SOLUTION: Continuous paper 1 is led through a speed variation preventing means 2 by means of a drive roller 62 or the like, and is then fed into an image recording part 4a by a tractor 3a. The speed variation preventing means 2 winds the paper onto a pair of upper and lower rollers which are driven by a conveying force for the paper, so as to clamp the same in order to prevent vibration of the paper in the conveying direction. The upper roller 201 is composed of roller parts 21a, 21e arranged widthwise of the paper, and a paper clamping part is rotatably attached to the left and right arms 203, 204 which are rotatably attached by a shaft 207 at their fulcrums. The lower roller is composed of a straight or a crown roller 202 extending over the entire width of the paper. A spring 205 effects a clamping force for the paper. Variation in speed is prevented upstream of the image recording part, thereby it is possible to prevent vibration of the paper in the conveying direction, caused by paper supply motion or the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder by means of a paper loading method which is able to reduce any positional dislocation in the cross direction of paper at a time when the paper is loaded onto a paper conveying part. SOLUTION: This recorder is provided with a member releasing any contact with a compensating roller pair of a paper cross direction position compensation means compensating a paper cross directional position by way of producing a difference in pressing force in the paper cross direction of a conveyor roller pinching a sheet of paper and frictionally conveying it, and the paper 1 is thus conveyed along a member regulating the reference position of a paper end part and, after this paper 1 is pinched between the paired compensating rollers 601 and 602, a paper loading operation is carried out as performing a paper positional compensation with these rollers 601 and 602. Accordingly, since the paper is guided to a paper conveying means along the member regulating the paper cross direction reference position and continuous paper is loaded by the paper cross direction position compensation means, this paper loading can be done as checking any possible slippage from the reference position in the paper cross direction smaller in sofar as possible, and when an image record is carried out as performing a skew compensation continuously afterwards, a speedy positional compensation is made performable.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an end position of paper irrespective of the presence of a feed hole and performated stitches and prevent the occurrence of a section where an image cannot be recorded by arranging a paper position compensation means which receives a signal of a paper position compensation means controller and compensates an end position of paper for recording image on more upstream side in the direction of paper conveyance than an image recording part. SOLUTION: Since image recording paper 1 passes between a paper guide 39 for an upper part in which a knotched section is provided in a part of an optical source 44 and a paper guide 38 for the center of a compensation device which drills a hole in a part right above a line sensor 43, even paper on which perforated stich machining is applied does not flat and a reference end of paper can be detected correctly. When a paper compensation control means changes pull-out force of a spring member due to paper position compensation value to be input, a difference in force to be transmitted to an arm pulley 55 occurs between a paper reference side and a paper inversion reference side. A difference in the direction of paper width occurs in force of a compensation device follow-up roller 46 which applies the action of a cantilever through an arm support point 58 on a compensation device driving roller 45 across image recording paper 1.
