摘要： PURPOSE:To maintain an interlayer insulator for a long period by composing the insulator of prescribed polyamide paper and an adhesive, thereby bonding the insulator by following to the variation between copper strips. CONSTITUTION:An interlayer insulator 5 which has an adhesive is inserted to between wound copper strips. The insulator 5 is composed of glass fiber mixture aromatic polyamide paper 5 and an adhesive 5b of semicured epoxy resin coated on the paper 5a. The insulator 5 is bonded by heating and pressing to between the wound strips with the adhesive.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable obtaining a balanced winding, in which a voltage vector between three phases has a complete symmetry, by using a changing connection line for changing the order of connection in a connection between given phases of armature coils. CONSTITUTION:Single layer three-phase AC armature coils are fitted to a stator core so as not to cross divided portions A-B, A'-B' of a stator and adjacent armature coils are reversed in their end bending directions and connected by an interpole connection line M. With respect to a given phase, that is, w phase, however, line side and neutral side lead wires V and Y are drawn out in the manner of differing in their positions from those of ordinary stator dividing type windings and armature coils are connected with each other by a changing connection line L through controlling the order of connection between said armature coils so that their voltage vector is equal to a voltage vector between line and neutral sides in an ordinary single layer lap wound three-phase AC armature winding.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the length of a stator core from the upper side end to a connecting wire by forming a stator coil in a long node winding and a wavy winding, and disposing the short length side coil end of the stator coil at the connecting wire side. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 is disposed at the prescribed gap on the outer periphery of a stator 1. The stator 2 mainly has a stator core 3 which is formed in an annular unit by displacing and laminating thin iron plates of sector shape, a stator coil 4 wound on the stator core, and connecting wires 5. The coil 4 is formed in a long node winding and a wavy winding, and the coil end 6 between the adjacent long nodes of the long node winding is disposed at the connecting wire 5 side. In this manner, the coil end of the connecting side of the stator coil is shortened, and the height and weight of the upper end cover can be reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the thermal stress preventing the insulated layer from being damaged by a method wherein a mold released laminated plate is provided between an insulated layer wound around a coil conductor and a slot. CONSTITUTION:A mold released laminated plate 10 is provided between an insulated layer 4 and a slot 2 i.e. the laminated plate 10 formed of semiconductive material is provided between the insulated layer 4 provided with a corona preventive layer 5 and the slot 2. Through these procedures, the laminated plate 10 may prevent a coil 6 from swelling especially that on the duct while the insulated layer 4 may slide on the slot 2 through the mold released layer reducing the thermal stress to prevent the insulation layer 4 from being damaged in case of heating and cooling.

Preset solder and the soldering material 19 of the metallic the body 17, are melted by heating joining part of the above structure from outside and the body 3 and the conductor 1, 2 are joined and are let adhered. By the above method, and adequate soldering gap is always obtained and highly reliable soldering joining structure having a high solder adhesion rate and no leakage of water, is able to obtain.
