摘要： PURPOSE:To realize X-ray analysis superior in SN rate. CONSTITUTION:Characteristic X-ray 3a, 3b, 3c are generated from a minute area of a sample 2 irradiated by an incident electron beam 1 and only the characteristic X-ray 3a among them can be detected by the detectioin part 11 of an X-ray analyzer 4 through the X-ray penetration hole 8 of a collimeter 7. Though the reflected electrons generated from the sample 2 travel while drawing tracks 10a, 10b to enter into the X-ray passing hole 8, they can not reach the X-ray detection part 11 because of being multiple scattered by said recessed and projecting structure 9 formed on the inner wall surface of the X-ray penetration hole 8.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect forgery and alteration of a coupon and the illegal use of a coupon by a third person even when the coupon electronically issued is printed and used. SOLUTION: It is possible to detect alteration and forgery of a coupon by verifying a digital signature described on the coupon even when a consumer 200 prints a coupon and uses it because a seller 100 produces a coupon on which the irreversible conversion value of a password transmitted from the consumer 200, coupon information that makes trouble if it is altered and a digital signature of the coupon information are described as visually recognizable data even when it is printed at the time of issuing the coupon. Also, it is possible to detect illegal use of a coupon by a third person by such manners that the consumer 200 presents the same password as at the time of being issued when the consumer uses it and that the seller 100 compares the irreversible conversion value of the presented password with an irreversible conversion value described on the coupon.

In using the coupon, the consumer 200 presents the same password as that when the coupon is issued to the seller 100, and the seller 100 compares the irreversible converted value of the presented password with the irreversible converted value described on the coupon so that the illegal use of the coupon by a third person can be detected.

SOLUTION: A control section 112 controls a signature verifying section 114, decodes an extracted electronic signature by a verifying key 122 of an arbitrary purchase stored in a storage section 120, compares the decoded value and an hash value obtained by evaluating the contents of an original stored in the section 120 using a one directional hash function, that is same as the one being used by a purchaser device 200, and verifies the signature. Note that the rule, in which the electronic signature is buried into the contents by the device 200, is made secret for the parties other than a provider. If the hash value, which is used to evaluate the contents of the original, and the value of an electronic signature, that is reconstructed, do not agree with each other, the electronic signature extracted from an unauthorized copy using the verifying key of an another purchaser is decoded and the agreement between the decoded signature and the hash value of the contents of the original is verified.

The purchaser's devices 200 produce electronic signatures of contents by using secret keys of their owns to bury the produced electronic signatures as digital watermarks into the sent contents. When the provider devices 100 obtained an unorthorized copy, the devices verify the electronic signatures of the digital watermarks to specify a purchaser who purchased the contents which became the origin of these unauthorized copies.
