摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the error of communication accompanying the change of operating currents in an IC card in electromagnetic inductive coupling in the load modulation system of a non-contact IC card system. SOLUTION: A communication controlling part and a memory controlling part are controlled from a processing part so that the non-modulation period of a time for 2 bits or more expressed by a bit rate can be set between the start or end of a signal for permitting a reading operation, or the end of a signal for permitting a writing operation, or a deleting operation which are given from a memory controlling part to a memory part, and the start of the modulation of information for an IC card processor. Thus, a data error can be ignored by detecting this non-modulation period at the IC card processor side, and a point of time (start bit) when a modulation signal from an IC card is started can be exactly recognized.

An IC card 100 is guided by a guiding part 7 and led to a prescribed position of the part 5a by placing one edge of a longitudinal direction of the card 100 on an acceptor 6 of the table 5 that is exposed by a notch edge part 10 of the cover 4 and inserting it into a body housing 1. For this, because the upper part of the card 100 can be seen through the transparent upper cover 4 even when the card 100 is inserted into the part 5a, it is possible for a user to have the impression that the card 100 is placed on the table 5.

At a control part 33, a change signal is outputted to an earphone speaker connected to respective connectors 7 and 8 for output signal while changing the contents of the memory 35 for voice information storage, and the specified brain wave is induced.
