摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passing object identifying device provided with a means for positively identifying a passage route of a passing object that is hard to identify on the basis of image information.
SOLUTION: The passing object identifying device is provided with an identification material jetting device 12 writing at least a position and time in an identification material including an information recording medium, and jetting and adhering it on the passing object (a vehicle) 1, an information readout device 23 reading out information from the identification material including the information recording medium adhered to the passing object 1, and an information writing device 20 creating information added with information such as the time and position, and writing it into the information recording medium. A dust removing material jetting device 7 can be provided for removing mud, dust, or the like before blowing the identification material on a vehicle 1 bottom. Since the identification material mixed with the information recording medium is adhered, a vehicle that is hard to identify by appearance can be identified. Passage information can be updated, and a movement record can be obtained from history information.
