    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium in which address information is recorded so that information can be recorded or replayed on a track targeted at the time of record or replay while enhancing the track density.SOLUTION: An information recording medium has a substrate 4 and a plurality of tracks 269 to 273 formed on the substrate 4. The plurality of tracks 269 to 273 are made from track grooves 270 and 272 made from a plurality of grooves formed on the substrate 4 with a predetermined distance and land tracks 269, 271 and 273 made from regions between the groove tracks. Interfaces 14, 15 between the groove tracks and the land track show information by using oscillation wave form. The period of the oscillation wave form of the interfaces 14, 15 are constant for each interface. The phase of the oscillation wave form of the interfaces 14, 15 is set such that the oscillation wave form at the position where the interfaces face each other, sandwiching the track, is deviated by a preset phase difference.
