摘要： PURPOSE:To non-destructively and correctly diagnose damage of a slide part by placing an AE sensor and determining a defective part in the slide part when an output level of an AE signal exceeds a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:An AE sensor 2 is attached to a scroll compressor 1, and after an AH signal is amplified by an amplifier 3, the AE signal is detected by-a wave detecting circuit 4. Then an AE signal characteristic extracting part 5 is used to analyze the AE detected signal. Further a determining part 6 compares the analyzed and processed data value with a reference value to diagnose whether it is good or defective and diagnosis results are displayed on a display part 7. In this case the AE signal characteristic extracting part 5 calculates an average value of the detected AE signal, rotation primary frequency component and an overall value. The determining part 6 compares the average AE value with a first reference value K1, and one lower than the reference value is determined to be good while the rotation primary frequency component is compared with a second reference value K2 for one exceeding the reference value. If the second reference value K2 is exceeded, the part is determined to be defective, while the overall value is compared with a third reference value K3 for one not exceeding the second reference value. If the third reference value is not exceeded, it is determined to be good, otherwise it is determined to be defective.

摘要： PURPOSE:To diagnose the abnormality of a valve at an early stage by providing an acoustic emission(AE) sensor for detecting an elastic wave to a part of a valve mechanism and extracting the characteristics of the detection signal from the AC sensor. CONSTITUTION:The cooling medium entering the compression chamber 3 of a scroll compressor 1 from the suction port 3 thereof is compressed by scrolls 4 to be emitted from an emitting orifice 6 through a check valve 5. An AE sensor 8 for detecting an elastic wave is arranged to the case 7 of the compressor 1 in order to monitor the operation state of the check valve 5. The output of the AE sensor 8 is amplified by an amplifier 9 and processed in an AE signal characteristic extraction part 10 to be diagnosed in an abnormality judging part 11, and the judgment is displayed on a display part 12. The output signal of the abnormality judging part 1 is inputted to a compressor control part 13 and, when a signal of resonance abnormality or valve abnormality is generated, suction pressure or emission pressure is controlled to hold a normal operation state.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable maintenance inspection operation such as exchange of parts at a circuit breaker portion of an auxiliary switch to be reduced drastically by allowing a current source current to flow to only a series circuit of a circuit breaker under test and an auxiliary circuit breaker without flowing to the auxiliary switch. Furthermore, a current superposition circuit consisting of a capacitor 9 which is precharged, a control gap 8, and a resistor is provided at a circuit side of the short-circuiting small current ia, thus enabling a phase difference of zero point of a current source current ic and the short-circuiting small current ia near a current-breaking zero point which is generated due to arc voltage, etc., generated according to circuit conditions and the circuit breaker and the short-circuiting small current ia to be controlled. No current source current ic is allowed to flow to the switch 6 and a small amount of current for maintaining an arc of the switch 6 is simply broken, thus preventing damage due to the arc at the circuit-breaking portion and eliminating a need for maintenance inspection such as exchange of parts at the circuit-breaking portion.
