摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the total heat utilization rate of a waste incineration heat utilization system, say, a power generating system using heat produced by the incineration of waste, by reducing the amount of heat required for preventing exhaust gas coming from its waste incinerator from becoming white fume. SOLUTION: In a waste incineration heat utilization system, which has at least an incinerator 1 for incinerating wastes, a boiler 2 for producing steam by use of the heat of incineration of the incinerator, and an exhaust gas reheater 6 which, in order to prevent exhaust gas from the incinerator from becoming white fume, heats the exhaust gas while using a part of the steam as a heat source, a water eliminator 9 for eliminating water in the exhaust gas is placed on the upstream side of the exhaust gas reheater 6 to lower a white fume preventing temperature through the elimination of water in the exhaust gas so as to reduce the amount of heat (amount of steam) required for reheating of the exhaust gas. Preferably, a coolant in which heat is stored in ice by a refrigerator 12 by use of night power is circulated by the water eliminator 9 to eliminate the water through condensation.

SOLUTION: A garbage burning power generation system is provided with an auxiliary evaporator 12 and a main evaporator 15 to evaporate the liquid original fuel 10 to superheat the steam obtained from a garbage incinerating boiler 6 by a superheater 25, a fuel reformer 21 to reform the gaseous fuel obtained from the auxiliary evaporator 12 or the main evaporator 15 into the gas containing hydrogen, and a combustor 23 to generate the combustion gas using the gas containing hydrogen which is reformed by the fuel reformer 21, and the combustion gas is used as the heat source of the superheater 25.

摘要： PURPOSE:To determine absorbance of a sample by detecting variation of the sample due to opto-thermal conversion through a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:Exciting light 2 emitted from a light source 1 impinges on a cell 3 filled with liquid sample. The sample absorbs the exciting light 2 to increase volume as the temperature thereof rises. Volume increment appears as level rise of a capillary tube located at upper part of the cell and detected through a level indicator 4. Volume increment of the sample is determined based on the measurement of the level indicator 4 and then absorbance of the sample is determined. This method allows high sensitivity absorbance measurement of liquid sample according to convenient procedures through the use of a cell having an open part and an arbitrary profile.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve measurement accuracy by detecting the light emitting position of plasma generated by the breakage of the particulate material with exciting light irradiation and correcting a measured value of the plasma light emitting intensity by using exciting light output density at the position. CONSTITUTION:Exciting light 21 is guided in a sample cell 3 to form a beam waist 23 in the cell 23. A sample 24 is made flow in the cell 3. When particles in the sample 24 are irradiated with the light 21 at the position of the waist 23, the particles are broken and the plasma 25 is generated to radiate plasma light 22. The light 22 is converged on a light emission position detector 11 to detect the position and intensity of the light. Its detection signal is sent to a signal processor 6 and sent to a data processor 7 as data by shots of the pulse irradiation 1 of the light 21. The processor 7 calculates particle size from a correlation expression between the light emission intensity and the particle size of the particulate material by using both data on the intensity and position of the light emission 22 obtained under normal conditions. Accurate particle size after the influence of the plasma generation position is removed is measured by this method.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve response characteristics of moisture content thereby reducing fuel consumption rate and NOx in a gas turbine driven by combustion gas generated by combustion of fuel in an air humidified by means of the humidifiers, by providing a second humidifier that sprays water to the humidified air guided via the humidifier to a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: While this gas turbine plant is operated, moisture content is added at a humidifying tower 13 to a compressed air 1 from a compressor 11, and a fuel 2 is burned with an obtained humidified air 3 in a combustor 14 and a gas turbine 15 is driven by the resultant combustion gas. The exhaust gas from the gas turbine 15 passes a regenerator 16 and a feed water heater 17 and is subjected to heat recovery. This turbine also has a second humidifier 19 to further humidify the air which is humidified at the humidifying tower 13. This second humidifier 19 is supplied with the compressed air through a line X and with water through a line Y from the humidifying tower 13. The amounts of compressed air and water to be supplied are adjusted by controlling control valves 22b, 22c arranged in each line X, Y by means of a control unit 21.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve decomposing performance of dioxin in waste power generating system, high in the short periodical or long periodical waste gas fluctuation, by a method wherein modified gas is obtained by oxidizing original fuel partially while a first chamber for modifying the modified gas and a second chamber for introducing cooling medium into the first chamber are provided. SOLUTION: Upon operating a fuel modifying device 29 annexed to a waste treating system, mixture gas 12 is supplied into a fuel flow passage 3 through a fuel supplying pipe 6 and air 13 is supplied into the fuel flow passage 3 through an air supplying pipe 7, then, the mixture is ignited by an ignition plug 11 to effect diffusion combustion. Water vapor 14 is supplied into a cooling jacket 4 through a cooling medium supplying pipe 8 to cool a cylindrical bulkhead from the outside thereof and, thereafter, the water vapor 14 is injected into the fuel flow passage 3 to modify the modified gas into hydrogen-containing gas by mixing the water vapor 14 into high-temperature modified gas obtained by combustion. Then, the obtained hydrogen-containing gas is burnt to burn waste gas from the waste gas system of an incinerating boiler and decompose dioxin.

The combustion gas 125 of the reformed gas is low nitrogen oxide which reduces density of nitrogen oxides in the refuse incineration furnace exhaust gas 112 when mixed therewith as a whole. Substantially the whole amount of the steam generated by the boiler 2 can be used by a steam turbine.
