    • PURPOSE:To communicate all document data formed by a document processing function section by identifying a document processing function of the document processing function section of a communication party and transmitting/receiving the document data in the unique document form or code system when the opposite device has the same kind of the document processing function. CONSTITUTION:At the establishing processing of a session executed ahead the reception of a document data, whether or not the opposite party has the same kind of the document processing function is discriminated and the result is stored as a part of a reception management data. In the reception processing, the line is connected to the opposite telex equipment and a reception data is stored in a floppy disc stored in an FDD 27 through an NCU MODEM 304, a communication controller 303, a communication program memory 306 and a floppy disc controller 307. When the opposite device has the same kind of document processing function, the generated document data is transmitted/received in the unique document form or code system without any modification, and when the opposite device has a different kind of the document processing function, the document form or code system is changed to attain a free data communication.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to safely supply electric power of high voltage and high frequency to a load without sacrificing the element characteristics by connecting an inductor between the connecting point of a gate turn OFF SCR and a switching transistor and the gate of the SCR. CONSTITUTION:An inductor 11 is connected between the series connecting point of a gate turn OFF SCR (GTO) 7 and a high speed switching transistor TR8 and the gate of the GTO7, and a capacitor 12 for absorbing the transient voltage is provided in parallel with the TR8. Values of the inductor 11, the capacitor 12 and the resistor 10 are selected so that the circuit of them become in non resonance mode. Since the inductor 11 is provided, a current is flowed from a gate power source through the inductor 11 and the TR8 during the ON period of the GTO7, and when an OFF signal is inputted to the TR8, the current is flowed from the cathode to the gate of the GTO7 to become the arc extinguishing current of the GTO.
