摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize processing facilities by installing a high-electrical-conductance liquid waste condensation device steam condenser at a higher position than a low- electrical-conductance liquid waste collection tank, by transferring distilled water being distilled and treated by a high-electrical-conductance liquid waste condensation device to the low-electrical-conductance liquid waste collection tank by gravity flow, and by performing demineralizing treatment.
SOLUTION: Equipment drain, floor drain, and chemical drain being generated in a power plant are received by an equipment drain sump tank 1, a floor drain sump tank 9, and a chemical drain sump tank 12. As the pretreatment of the chemical drain, collection from the chemical drain sump tank 12 to a high-electrical-conductance liquid waste(HCW) collection tank 14 is performed by a chemical drain sump pump 13, and distillation treatment is made by an HCW transfer pump 15 in HCW condensation means 16-20. Distilled water is transferred by gravity flow from the HCW condensation device steam condenser 20 to a low-electrical-conductance liquid waste(LCW) collection tank 3. The crud in the decanted water is filtered with the cross flow filtering device 24 before sending to an LCW system. The filtered liquid 26 after separating crud from the decanted water 9 is sent to an LCW collection tank 12 and to an LCW filtering device 14 with an LCW collection pump 13 together with the other LCW system waste liquid 11. After filtering and separating suspended solid, ionic impurity is finally removed in an LCW demineralization device 15 and then recovered to be pure water to be reused in the plant. The suspended solid with crud as a major component filtered in the cross flow filtering device 24 is again recovered in the deposition separation tank 8 and condensed.

There is defined a cavity for receiving a fluid between the valve seat pusher 15 and the disc spring 13. Accordingly, when the pressurized fluid flows into a valve housing 19, a fluid pressure is added to the valve seat pusher 15. The fluid pressure is applied to a difference in area between an outer diameter of an O-ring 16 and a seal diameter of the valve seat 18. Accordingly, as the sealing surface pressure by the disc spring 13 is added, the sealability is further improved.
