摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a liquid crystal display device in which a driving circuit having low power consumption is mounted on the same substrate as that of a display part. SOLUTION: A driving circuit supplying a gradation voltage to pixels is mounted on a liquid crystal display panel and display data are transferred with wirings formed on the liquid crystal display panel between the driving circuit and the display panel and the display data are transferred with internal data bus lines in the inside of the driving circuit and a data inverting operation for inverting values of the display data in order to lower power consumption is performed in the inside of the driving circuit.

SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device is provided with a liquid crystal element and a liquid crystal driving circuit, and the liquid crystal driving circuit fetches a video signal inputted to the liquid crystal driving circuit into a bus at the timing of changing over from a 1st level to a 2nd level of an internal clock signal or at the timing of changing over from the 2nd level to the 1st level, and selects a voltage to drive the liquid crystal element from video signals taken into the bus, and the internal clock signal is a clock signal which is uniformalized to a prescribed value for both of the 1st and 2nd level periods of an external clock signal inputted to the liquid crystal driving circuit by a clock compensating circuit.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an IC drive circuit and the connection of the IC drive circuit to a transparent substrate side by fonning the contact layers of the source regions and drain regions of high-voltage resistance MIS transistors(TRs) by offsetting the same form element separation regions. SOLUTION: Gate electrodes 19 are formed on the surfaces of well layers 12 in the forming regions of the high-voltage resistance MOS TRs so as to run on the central parts. Low-concentration diffusion layers of p-type are formed between the gate electrodes 19 and peripheral LOCOS layers 13 with the gate electrodes 19 in-between, by which the source regions 20 and the drain regions 21 are formed. The contact layers 22 and 23 are formed by the high- concentration diffraction layers of p-type in the respectively source regions 20 and the drain regions 21. The respective contact layers 22 and 23 are formed in part of the source regions 20 and the drain regions 21 in the same manner as in the case of standard MOS transistors and are formed apart (offset) a specified distance particularly from the peripheral LOCOS layers 13.

SOLUTION: A clock compensating circuit 200 generates an internal clock signal of 50% in duty ratio based upon a latch clock signal for display data inputted from outside. Display data sent out of a data input/arithmetic circuit 133 are latched by a latch circuit 135 one after another and outputted to the outside through a data output circuit 134. The data input/arithmetic circuit 133 inputs 1st and 2nd data when the clock signal rises and falls, and sends out the 1st data out to one internal bus line and the 2nd data to the other internal bus line in response to an AC-converted signal. A positive-polarity side circuit which supplies a gradation voltage with the positive polarity is connected to the 1st internal bus line and a negative-polarity side circuit which supplies a gradation voltage with the negative polarity is connected to the 2nd bus line.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of bubbles and to reduce warpage deformation by filling a cavity with radiation curing resin, radiating radiant rays so that the thickness of the cavity at the time of curing may be thinner than that at the time of filling the cavity with the resin and setting the thickness of the curing resin equal to or under specified thickness. CONSTITUTION:The cavity 3 is formed by a base substance thin plate 2 which transmits the radiant rays and a cavity surface 1a of a metallic mold engraved in a specified shape. Next, the cavity 3 is filled with the radiation curing resin, and the thickness of the radiant ray curing resin layer is set equal to or under 1/3 of the thickness of the base substance thin plate layer, for example, in a Fresnel lens. Then, the valve 10 of a resin discharge port 15 is closed after finishing discharging the resin. Continuously, the radiant rays are radiated by a radiant ray irradiating device 13 so as to cure the resin of the cavity 3. After the mold is opened in succession, it is released by an ejector pin 12. Thus, the warpage deformation is reduced, and the cavity 3 is made so thick that the occurrence of the bubbles is prevented, then high speed filling is accomplished.
