    • PURPOSE:To make possible heat treatments different in conditions by the same furnace by integrally arranging a cover, which can be joined to and separated from a panel baking jig on which a panel is placed and covers an upper surface and a side surface of the panel, on a frit sealing jig. CONSTITUTION:A panel 1 is set on a panel placing stand use plate 5 on a pallet 4 of a panel baking jig 3. On the other hand, a panel-funnel assembling body 2 is set on a frit sealing jig 6. A cover 8 to cover the panel 1 is arranged on a bottom plate 7 of the jig 6, and is fitted to and inserted in the outer periphery of the plate 5 of the jig 3 so as to be freely mountable and demountable. When the jigs 3 and 6 are put in a heat treatment furnace in a joined condition, since the panel 1 is covered with the cover 8, even if stabilization or panel baking and frit sealing are simultaneously performed, a temperature difference can be obtained between both processes. The temperature difference can be adjusted by construction materials of side plates 12 or auxiliary side plates 13 to vary a thickness and clearances 11.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent uneven intensity of illumination, by constituting so that a line putting small block border lines in a row is not made parallel to the direction in which a light source moves, in a illumination intensity correcting filter on which a lot of small blocks having an exact mean transmittivity are in a stepwise distribution state. CONSTITUTION:Stepwise patterns 81 having a prescribed transmittivity are provided on filter glass 7. The effective surface of one sheet of filter is divided into 1,000-2,000 small blocks, and is constituted so that the pattern width crossing each block is varied stepwise and discontinuously on the block line, in order that a mean transmittivity of each block becomes a prescribed value. In this case, a line putting the pattern blocks in a row is inclined by 45 deg. in the lengthwise direction of the light source of the driving direction of the light source, and even if overlapping or a gap of the pattern exists in the block boundary, intensity of illumination in the panel is varied gently and the local uneven intensity of illumination is removed.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of a film by installing a filtration device between a pump and a nozzle, and supplying a slurry upon filtrating. CONSTITUTION:Slurry 11 in a dispenser 10 is fed by pressure using a pump 20 and passed to a filtration means 40, and the slurry 11 after being filtrated thereby is passed through a nozzle 14 while surplus portion 11 is filtrated by a hopper mesh 15 to come into the dispenser 10. The attitude of the pump 20 is upset so that bellows are situated below the suction and discharge valves of the pump 20, and a motor 12 is operated. The air and liquid are replaced with one another entirely, and upon bleeding the air, the pump 20 is restored to the normal attitude and operated. The flow path and liquid passage are installed with the axes directed to the center of the gravity, and precipitated bismuth oxide stagnating can be enwrapped in the stream of liquid and carried away. The sprayed liquid from the nozzle 14 is clean and can enhance the quality of the produced film.
