SOLUTION: For the walking supporting machine 4 provided with this machine body moving mechanism of non-power and an elevating and lowering mechanism for supporting standing-up and sitting operations composed of a fixed member and an elevating and lowering member, a pair of caster type rear wheels 3, a pair of axle fixed type intermediate wheels 2 and a pair of caster type front wheels 1A whose width and outer diameter are both larger than the other wheels are provided as the machine body moving mechanism. The outer diameter of the front wheel 1A is set to a value between 10cm and 20cm, the thickness of the front wheel is set to the value >=4cm larger than the width of the entrance groove of a general elevator and the wheels are prevented from falling into the groove.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the movement of a device at the time of helping a standing operation by providing a motor-driven movement braking device on an intermediate wheel which is a fixed wheel and performing braking based on electric signals. SOLUTION: A walking operation helping part is composed of front wheels composed of casters provided on front leg parts, rear wheels composed of the casters provided on rear leg parts 3a (3b, not shown in the figure) and the intermediate wheels 11a (11b, not shown in the figure) composed of the fixed wheels provided between the front wheels and the rear wheels. The moving operation braking parts 13a (13b, not shown in the figure) at the time of the standing operation of a user are respectively provided on the rear leg parts 3a (3b, not shown in the figure.) In the moving operation braking part 13a, when a solenoid 18a is operated, a member 19a connected to a straight motion moving part and a wheel abutting rod 16a are moved in a left direction, the wheel abutting rod 16a is abutted to the left intermediate wheel 11a and the rotation of the wheel is stopped by frictional force. When the solenoid 18a is released, the wheel abutting rod 16a is energized by a spring 17a and moved in a right direction from the left intermediate wheel 11a and the wheel becomes rotatable.

SOLUTION: A support body 6 is provided with a recess part 600 corresponding to a belly part of a user of this device and armrest parts 601 and 601 corresponding to both sides of the user. An operating part 14 is installed outside the support body 6 and at the position facing the recess part 600. Thereby, it is possible to operate the operating part 14 even though the upper half of the user covers the support body 6 and with either of right and left hands when the user operates the operating part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-walking aid device which achieves excellent safety and high versatility along with ease of handling. SOLUTION: A lifting motor 7 of a lifting member is provided with a rotation detecting means 17 to detect and output the number of revolutions of the motor 7. An output value (number of revolutions of the motor 7) of the rotation detecting means 17 is outputted as the current number N of revolutions of the motor to a control means 12 and the control means 12 controls the number of revolutions of the motor 7 based on the current number N of revolutions of the motor. This control regulates the number of revolutions of the motor 7 so that the current number N of revolutions of the motor is almost equal to a set number Ns of revolutions. Thus, the number of revolutions of the motor can be kept constant against changes in the load of the motor 7, especially when a user different in weight uses the device, thereby a lifting speed of the lifting member or the like for assistance from standing action to sitting action can always be kept constant.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help the standing and sitting operations of a human body by the motor of a small capacity by providing the pinion of a standing operation helping part constituted of a rack pinion mechanism on the side of the user to a rack. SOLUTION: In the standing operation helping part, the pinions 18a and 18b are rotated around a rotary shaft attached to a fixed housing not shown in the figure and the racks 22a and 22b are elevated and lowered. Also, the gear surfaces of the racks 22a and 22b are turned to mechanisms provided on the same side to the user. Further, rack covers 23a and 23b are provided around the racks 22a and 22b, and for the side provided with the pinions 18a and 18b, the coaxial pair of roller/bearing or the like turning bodies 20a-20d are provided on the upper side and lower side of the pinions and the structure of being pressed to the end face of the rack covers 23 is attained. Thus, the distance of the user and a force acting point to the rack of the pinion is shortened for the thickness of the rack and human body mass capable of helping the standing operation is increased even when the same motor reduction gear is used.

This parallel manipulator is composed of setting up six direct-operated actuators 38 strethced across between the frame 1 and a crosshead 46 by juxtaposing.
