On the lower edge of a metallic mold 10, tooth forms 10a confronted with the unnecessary sections B are arranged. The cup-formed fly-wheel 6 of a semiproduct is put on the fly-wheel bearer 11, and the metallic mold 10 is externally fitted on the cup-formed fly- wheel 6 and is pressure-moved down with a press. As a result, on the ring- formed salient strip 6c, necessary sections A are left, and the unnecessary sections B are removed by means of shearing.

    • PURPOSE:To permit to reduce variability of the operational interval of an ignition control circuit by a method wherein gaps between ignition signal coils, arranged so as to be corresponding to the number of cylinders, and magnets for exciting are corrected respectively so as to be corresponding to the deviations of output waveform caused by external leakage fluxes. CONSTITUTION:The gaps between the ignition signal coils 81-83, arranged so as to be corresponding to the number of cylinders, and the exciting magnets 9 are corrected individually so as to be corresponding to the deviations of output waveforms of the ignition signal coils, which are caused by the external leakage fluxes, by adjusting the other gaps delta2, delta3 based on the gap delta1 between the coil 81 and the magnet 9. Accordingly, the variabilities in the operational intervals of the ignition control circuit may be reduced regardless of a high- speed area or a low-speed area even under magnetic fields in which the affections of external leakage fluxes to the ignition signal coils are different respectively.

Then, material is press-extruded according to the range of specified sheet thickness and thinness through the end face inside the disc section of a said yoke 5, and the salient section of the extruded member is machined flat and a thin section 53 is formed. In this manner, the working property is improved and the precision of the finished face can be heightened, and the quality can be also stabilized in view of the strength.

    • PURPOSE:To lessen the effect of leakage magnetic flux of a magneto generator for protecting the strength of its boss from lowering by providing the flywheel with large and small cylindrical parts to which prescribed permanent magnets are fixed. CONSTITUTION:A flywheel yoke 4 is composed of large and small cylindrical parts. The inner circumference face of the small cylindrical part is fixed to a boss 2 fitted on a drive shaft 1. Two or more permanent magnets 5 and pole pieces 6 for the main charging excitation are fixed to the inner circumference face of the large cylindrical part, and a permanent magnet 9 for the ignition signal generation excitation is arranged on the inner circumference face of the small cylindrical part. An ignition signal generation coil 11 is installed to an iron core 10 opposed to the magnet 9 through a gap. Thus, since the small cylindrical part shields leakage magnetic flux to an ignition signal generator, a stable ignition-signal can be obtained, and the constitution eliminates the need for embedding the permanent magnet 9 for the ignition signal generation excitation into the boss 2.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the generating efficiency of a magnet generator by mounting a centrifugal fan on the inside surface of a flywheel, thereby efficiently cooling a generating coil and a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A centrifugal fan 214 is mounted on the inside side surface of a flywheel 21. Then, gas which has relatively low temperature at the side of an engine cover 13, to which a stator is secured is circulated to the surface of a generating coil 222 to remove the heat generated at the coil and to simultaneously cool a magnet 211, thereby suppressing the decrease in the exciting force. Then, the copper loss of the heat generating coil decreases, and the decrease in the exciting force of the magnet is suppressed. Accordingly, the generating efficiency is improved, and the lifetime of an insulating material used for the generating coil can be increased.
