摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantly detect abnormal action of a balancer weight caused by the vibration of a car and to reduce the service stop such as stoppage by inputting the behavior of the balancer weight detected by a vibration detecting means into a controller and by adding control sequence for issuing the appropriate driving command. SOLUTION: A detecting means may be installed anywhere in a machine system in a balancer weight side but should be installed in a fixing part with a building structure, namely, a pulley fixing girder 220 and a rope end fixing girder 221. It is so constituted that a hydraulic elevator pressurizes hydraulic fluid stored in an oil tank 107 by a hydraulic pump 103 driven by a motor 104 and the fluid is fed to a hydraulic cylinder 101 via a control valve 102 and a pipe so that a hydraulic plunger 113 raising/lowering the car 106 is driven. The hydraulic elevator with a balancer weight is provided with a balancer weight 203 supporting the load in the hydraulic plunger 113. A vibration detector 211 is provided in the end of a rope 211 of the balancer weight 203 so as to detect either of its displacement, the acceleration, or the tensile force. The vibration level is judged by the abnormal response of the balancer weight 203 and the signal of the detector 211.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of an elevator emergency stop device which operates upon detecting a loosening in a rope tension. SOLUTION: An emergency stop device 8 comprises a car 5 which is suspended by a rope 4 and runs along a guide rail 6, a tension detector 7 arranged in the car 5 for detecting the tension of the rope 4, a lever 7a which is displaced by amplifying the displacement of the tension detector 7, and a braking member 8c which holds the guide rail 6 by the operation of the lever 7a. The device 8 further comprises a playably engaged part 10 arranged between the lever 7a of the tension detector 7 and the breaking member 8c which operates by the lever 7a, so that the playably engaged part 10 can play only within a certain section. This has an effect such that when the rope tension fluctuates due to shaking by the passengers or the like, malfunction of the emergency stop device is reduced, for preventing trapping passengers, unnecessary stopping of the elevator, and the like.

SOLUTION: In series with a check valve 100, a two-way valve 300 is arranged which is designed not to fully close or to have its maximum opening angle while an elevator is operated normally and its minimum opening angle at over-speeding or emergency including a service interruption while the elevator is lowered. At an emergency including a service interruption during such lowering operation, the closing action of the check valve 100 is retarded from the switching action of the two-way valve 300 from the maximum opening angle to the minimum opening angle, or the overall passage area of these two valves or the check valve 100 and two-way valve 300 is phased as long as the check valve 100 is fully closed.

A fixed pulley 9 to be hooked with the balance weight rope or the moving pulley 14 is arranged inclinatorily against the axis Y of the hoistway plane to prevent this problem, therefore the plane size of a car 1 and the plane size of a hoistway 100 can be made equal to those when no balance weight is provided without drifting the hanging point C3 of the balance weight rope.

In response to the deviation of the position of the cage at the time when passengers get on and off the cage from a reference position of the cage, the pump flow rate supplied to or discharged from the hydraulic cylinder is controlled through the solenoid selector valve.
