摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent inflow of an excessive charging current, in a structure wherein a smoothing capacitor of power supply is sufficiently charged through a first relay through a resistor and then connected directly to the power supply through a second relay, by extracting a coil power source of the second relay from a capacitor and disabling operation of the second relay while the voltage is insufficient. CONSTITUTION:First, operation of a controller 8 is started to turn ON the transistor 9 for connection of a relay 2 to charge a capacitor 5 with a time constant determined by a resistor 3 and a capacitor. When the capacitor 5 is sufficiently charged, a transistor 10 is turned ON to connect a relay 4. Since the voltage of the capacitor 5 is almost equal to the voltage of a battery 1, a charging current when the relay 4 is connected is smaller and a trouble such as deterioration of operation life and burning of capacitor 5 is no longer generated. If it is attempted to previously connect the relay 4 due to malfunction of the controller 8, when a voltage of capacitor 5 is low, the relay 4 does not operate since the coil power source is obtained from the capacitor 5.

CONSTITUTION:A control signal of a total field controlling circuit 82 is applied to a forward control chopper 20 through switching circuits 52, 72 by the outputs of an accelerator 101 and a current detector 2 in a forward drive. When the conduction ratio of the chopper 20 becomes maximum, a speed is accelerated through characteristic NI1 of speed vs. current characteristic, and a current is reduced. When a motor current IM is reduced to an IM2, the control of a reverse chopper 21 is started, and operated by a conduction ratio set by an external variable resistor 100. After it arrives at weak field characteristic NI2 set by the resistor 100, the current of the field 11 is set constantly, and it is freely accelerated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce current of a switching regulator by adjusting a base current of a transistor of a chopper circuit corresponding to a load current. CONSTITUTION:When a chopper circuit 5 is turned on, current flows through a motor 3, and when the chopper circuit 5 is turned off, a capacitor C1 is charged. A switching regulator 6 converts voltage of the capacitor C1 into voltage V1, and makes the converted voltage to be base source for a transistor TR1 of the chopper circuit 5. The voltage V1 is constant value before the load current becomes a prescribed value, and is increased when the load current exceeds the prescribed value. The transistor TR1 is supplied with base current from a transistor TR4 which is turned on or off by pulse from an ON signal generator 10. A transistor TR5 to control base current of the transistor TR4 is controlled corresponding to output current, temperature, load current of the transistor TR4.

For example, when the sequence of v-phase and w-phase becomes reverse to the normal sequence, a sequence is judged. Further, when the controller 5, the sensor 6, etc., are abnormal, drive of the motor is stopped.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent slip of drive wheel upon braking of vehicle and to shorten brake distance by setting the current command value low when an advancing command is produced and electrical braking is carried out during backward powering operation. CONSTITUTION:When a reverse switch 16 is opened and a drive switch 15 is closed under reversely rotating condition of a motor 2, a drive contactor 4 is opened as shown by an arrow 4a and a drive contactor 3 closes as shown by an arrow 3a. When a chopper is operated under this condition, current flows through a field coil 20 in reverse direction from the rotary direction of the motor 2. Since voltage induced in the motor 2 is shortcircuited through a plugging diode 7, a large current flows through the motor 2 even if the duty of a transistor 6 is low. Electrical brake condition is judged based on the duty, and the current flowing through the motor 2 can be lowered by setting the current command low upon closure of the drive switch 15.

When the steering force is small, the current instruction value is low, and a dropper circuit 5a or 5b energizes a transistor 8a or 8b to feed a low current to the motor 11. Further, when the steering force is large, the current instruction value becomes large, and therefore, a chopper circuit 6a or 6b changes over the energization of a transistor 9a or 9b so that a high current is fed to the motor 11.

CONSTITUTION:When a value which has time-integrated the absolute value of a torque instruction generating a control signal with reference to a motor 3 exceeds a prescribed value, it is detected that the motor 3 and an inverter 6 have been overheated up to a temperature which can judge the disconnection of thermistor temperature sensors 8, 9, 10, 11 which are attached to them. When the detected temperature of the thermistor temperature sensors 8, 9, 10, 11 does not reach a prescribed temperature at this time, a signal generation device 5 judges the thermistor temperature sensors 8, 9, 10, 11 to have been broken down, and it limits the instruction value of a torque instruction device 1 to a prescribed value or lower.
