摘要： PURPOSE:To readily condense and remove water in hydrogen and to eliminate the necessity for a dryer in hydrogen purification using a hydrogen occluding alloy by exhausting another gas concentrated in space in a container charged with an alloy and taking out hydrogen through a re-condenser. CONSTITUTION:A cooling medium is fed to a container 2 charged with hydrogen occluding alloy granules 1 and the container 2 is cooled. When crude hydrogen containing a noncondensable gas such as N2, O2 or CO2 is fed from an induction pipe 8 to the container 2, hydrogen is occluded in the alloy 1, a noncondensable gas is concentrated between alloy granules 1 and water, a condensable gas, is condensed into liquid. After hydrogen is sufficiently introduced, the noncondensable gas between the alloy granules 1 is exhausted from a piping 9 to the atmosphere. Then, a heating medium is fed to the container 2, the container 2 is heated, hydrogen in the alloy 1 is taken out, condensed water is evaporated by heating, entrained with hydrogen and released. Hydrogen is recondensed by a re-condenser 13 put in a line, condensate is removed from a piping 11 and high-purity hydrogen is taken out from a piping 10.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance and corrosion resistance by making aluminum oxide powder coexistent with a diffuser cone compact which comprises metallic silicon having metallic impurity of weight less than a specific weight and a sintering assistant so as not come into contact therewith and forming silicon nitride having relative density not lower than a specific value after nitrifying and sintering it. SOLUTION: A diffuser cone compact 4 comprising a metallic silicon metallic impurity of which has weight less than 0.4wt.%, and a sintering assistant such as oxides of elements belonging to the 3A group of rare earth metals or aluminium compound such as aluminium oxide, aluminium nitride is inserted into a heater. At the same time, aluminium oxide powder 6 is provided near the compact in the heater so as not to come into direct contact with the diffuser cone compact 4. Then, the aluminium oxide powder is nitrified in a nitrogen atmosphere, and the nitride is successively sintered after nitrification so that silicon nitride having relative density not lower than 97% is produced. Thus, the silicon nitride excellent in heat resistance and corrosion resistance can be industrially advantageously produced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow each vessel to perform each function and to efficiently cool a generator in the device in which an H2 storage vessel contg. an H2 storage alloy is connected to the generator by providing the H2 refining vessel and H2 recovery vessel similar to the H2 storage vessel. CONSTITUTION:The H2 storage vessel 4 contg. an H2 storage alloy and provided with a means for heating and cooling the alloy is connected to the generator 1 through a pipeline 10 in the device for cooling the generator with H2. The H2 refining vessel 2, the H2 recovery vessel 3 and the vessel 4 are provided in parallel, and the vessels 2 and 3 are connected in series. The vessels 2 and 3 contain an H2 storage alloy having a H2 dissociation pressure higher than the cooling H2 supply pressure and are provided with a means for heating and cooling the alloy. Gaseous hydrogen is introduced into the vessel 2 from the generator 1 and occluded, gaseous impurities concentrated in the space in the vessel is introduced into the vessel 3 when the occlusion capacity of the alloy is reached, then H2 in the gaseous impurities if occluded, and the concd. gaseous impurities are discharged. The H2 occluded in the vessel 2 is returned to the generator 1, and the H2 in the vessel 3 is also returned. H2 is replenished from the vessel 4 in the amt. corresponding to that of H2 lost along with the discharged gaseous impurities.
